Very friendly staff, good location, neat and clean, I would really recommend this hotel

Great staff which were helpful, specially the amazing manager Sara, she takes care of every customer as if they were there family, the only drawback was that there Wi-Fi, it was a complete disaster in the 1st floor room, but when are on the lobby it works just fine.

Truly excellent hotel. First, the room was spacious and clean. Second, the Staff were amazing and super friendly, going out of their way to help me out with bookings and tours. Third, it is very cheap considering how nice it is. Location is also good and close to metro st. with 2 or 3 stops to Old City. I made some great friends there at reception and will be back next year!

We are stay 2 days in this Hotel. Check in process was smooth and fast. They upgraded our room for free. Cottage 1 was spacious and clean,minibar available. Hotel location is very good,close to the city center and Tufandag resort, only 5 minutes by car. Breakfast is simple and we love the bread.

the resort was good but the management needs drastic improvement. our check in time was 2 pm, but we were late and reached at 4 pm and despite that the room wasn't ready and it was cleaned in front of us and we were made to sit while dust particles flew inside our nostrils.oh and the breakfast next morning, they only served few pieces of bread with butter and jam. when we asked for eggs, they served...

It’s was not bad experience it’s small place but it’s in middle of city . You could walk around and can find so many things . Behind hotel there is night life all clubs and cafe around so easy to find by walk 2-3 min only 🙏 thank to reception person they were so kind she was nice person too

The room was poorly cleaned. But the location is very convenient. So if you are lucky with cleanliness, I can recommend it because of the location.

The street is very bad and there maintenance of the payvment. You walk up 2 sets of stairs to reach the hotel . The room I got was good withe new furniture and carpet but the vow from the window is on demolish bulding which prevent seeing the outsid. The told me this is why you booked. There is no breakfast room. They bring the breakfast to your room. The location is very good. It is ok for the price

The room environment is pretty good, clean and tidy, but the Internet signal in some rooms is not good. It is best to speak English or Russian. More convenient to communicate

It is a hotel and B&B with a good location in the ancient city. The pedestrian street is right outside the balcony. It is also very lively at night. Stay in a good location.

It's fine for a short stay, but don't expect breakfast. The floors here are high, and the second floor is equivalent to the third floor in China. It is recommended to stay in the ancient city, but the location here is also in the center, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the ancient city.

The hotel needs renovation, but the hospitality is top notch. Clean, but somehow not well maintained, torn in some places wallpaper, cracked tiles. But for the money that costs living - all is well. And another plus is a decent breakfast

Booked a room in advance, but upon arrival it turned out that for technical reasons they could not be accommodated. There was no warning. Although we didn’t stay with children on the street, we settled in a nearby hostel-sharaga.

I stayed for extended periods for work. The hotel's location is exceptional, in Baku's historic center, within walking distance of everything and in a quiet area. The hotel's services have deteriorated over time, and the interiors are in need of modernization. In short, stay here without too many expectations.

Basic hotel in the center. The staff are nice and friendly. The location is good. There is no A/C , just heater.

Location is good as everything is within reach. The staff is really good specially Maryam she helped us a lot and made sure that our stay is comfortable.Rooms are small and doesn't look like what they had shown in pictures.the staff was really helpful even the owner.

Good place beside forest.The service is fast and foods are delicious.The building itself and around are well designed.In here you also can find music system for your live events.Ideal for both individuals and groups.

We were there with family only for dinner. Very beautiful place with a big area, facilities for children and football playground. Good service and tasty meals. Tables available both inside with air conditioning and outside when the weather fine.

Things I did not like 1) I have not received housekeeping service even though I stayed for 6 days, 2) The employee asked me a lot of questions during the reception check, even the port customs didn't ask me that many questions. Very good accommodation and healthy foods. This is such a great place to staying near Baku city area. 500m to Infinity club and 200m to main road. Support staffs are very kindly and they are preparing Very healthy english foods. Their Rooms are comfortable for maximum 3 guys to stay. Very cheap price rather than other 3 star hotels.

Peaceful , clean and comfortable stay in Baku. The rooms were spacious & super clean. The hosts were very friendly and kind. It was nice to see the host family have dinner , sip chai and bond under the tree every night when we came back home. They gave us a water kettle to boil water upon request. A little far from the subway station.

Pleasant stay Very good for the price. A little out of the city centre but not too far. The lady who owns the hotel is very friendly. The room could be slightly cleaner, but for what they're charging it represents excellent value.
