Place is well built however heavy construction is ongoing near the rooms and trucks working 24 hours! Very noisy place day and night. We couldn’t sleep because of noise and also lots of mosquitos in the room. It took 6 hours to fill jacuzzi with cold water (hot water was not available) and jacuzzi didn’t work (didn’t circulate the water). Second floor ladder is not safe for kids and even challenging for adults to keep balance while climbing. We rush home next day to get some sleep and rest

We had a wonderful time here with the kids. Anyone with little ones knows how challenging it is. Of the on-site attractions, we especially enjoyed the amusement park.

There are staff who don't speak Russian, so it's sometimes difficult to explain your needs—but everyone at reception was able to help. Other than that, there are no downsides. It's simply beautiful and quiet.
The restaurants offer delicious food, although the cuisine varies widely. Incidentally, I've discovered something called go-karting.

Clean, new rooms. Comfortable bed and mattress, complimentary wine upon arrival: red, white, pomegranate.
Nice place by the sea, its own romance and atmosphere.
But there is no harmony and silence.
Piles are hammered during the day - Large-scale construction around for several years to come.
At night and in the morning, trucks and excavators drive along the beach and unload the body, right next to the houses. It is impossible to sleep with such noise. Going to the beach at night is dangerous.
I called the reception - they said that this happens all the time and they will solve it now, but it didn’t get any quieter.
There was no hot water - the jacuzzi was filled with barely warm water, it was not possible to take a shower in the evening.
In the morning the water was never fixed, they repeatedly promised. But there was no hot water.
The power in the house went out at night - we woke up from stuffiness because the air conditioner was not working.
There is no breakfast, you need to call an electric car (5 manats) to go to the main resort restaurant. There is no catering on site, breakfast boxes cannot be ordered in the room.
Snacks, wine and food to bring with you.
The beach is dirty, not cleaned or cleaned, sun loungers are not removed, there are no towels for sun loungers and no beach in the room.
The shower in the house was leaking.
No tea/coffee in the cabins, no bottle opener.
Cheap shampoo and cosmetics.
