Royal Antique Boutique Hotel, Baku1 / 10High rating

Baku, Veli Memmeov 3c, AZ1001 Baku, Azerbaydzhan (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel's location is excellent. The hotel itself is old and in dire need of a complete renovation. Soundproofing is abysmal. Cleaning was nonexistent. Breakfast was good. And there are no carpets on the floors in the rooms, as in the photos. The second-floor windows face the wall. But if you're just sleeping there, it's not a problem. It's definitely not a 4-star hotel.
The service and friendly attitude shown to the entire establishment during my stay was very good.
This style might be suitable for people who like antique decorating styles.
Location is great. Taxis cannit take you to the door
The property was safe, quiet, clean and convenient to everything I wanted to do in and around the old city. The staff was helpful and accommodating.
Value for money. We are from South Africa and had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is very close with bolt taxi to the old town. Save money and stay at this hotel for an authentic less touristy experience. Highly recommend. Staff were friendly, helpful and could speak English

I liked the hotel very much, the location is very good, staff is very polite and helpful, breakfast was nice, my room was quiet, bed was comfortable and I had good night's sleep. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Also, price was very good and quality/price ratio was very high, compared to European hotels. Room was clean and had everything I needed - comfy bed, AC, refrigerator, hair dryer, toiletries...
Stayed at the hotel 8 family members and booked 4 rooms for 1 week. The service was exceptional and the rooms were very spacious. I’m very pleased with my stay, would come back again! Just a few things that can be improved would be AC in one of the rooms wasn’t cooling enough, but I’m sure they’ll get it fixed. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. The location is prefect! It’s on a very beautiful...
Pros: This hotel is truly a hidden gem right in the heart of the city center. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated having a mini fridge, a kettle, and complimentary tea and water in the room, which were small touches that made the stay more comfortable. The breakfast was a wonderful bonus, with a fresh buffet and eggs cooked to order just the way...
An affordable and welcoming stay in baku. As a big family, we booked two rooms ( A double room and a deluxe twin room ) and were comfortable throughout our 3 nights. The receptionist, Yousif was kind and helpful and helped us with getting connect rooms at the very last minute. The chef is a lovely woman who we felt delighted to talk to and have the amazing breakfast she had prepared. The hotel is...
The Moss Art Boutique Hotel enjoys an excellent location in Baku, in a lively area full of places to have fun, drink, and dance. The reception is quite small, as was the room we were assigned. Since it was one of the first rooms upon entering, it was located in a passageway, and there was sometimes some noise, though it was never bothersome. The window overlooked an internal staircase, which made it...

I stayed at Eleven hotel Baku for 3 nights. The hotel's location is in the heart of the city, ideal location. Surrounded by cafes, bars, restaurants, and 2 minutes away from the central fountain square, 3 minutes to the old city, 7 minutes to the Iceri Sehir (old city) subway station. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is basic, but Ok, however when in Baku, it is always advisable to go for breakfast...
The Eleven Hotel is a very nice hotel. It's located very close to the old town, which is convenient for tourists. The staff is also very helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also good, although some may find it a bit meager, but we were satisfied. I recommend this hotel!
Very clean hotel with daily room cleaning. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even assisting me outside to get a taxi 🚕. Breakfast was excellent, and the location is perfect just a few minutes’ walk from Nizami Street
Eleven Hotel Baku offers an exceptional experience with its clean and well-maintained facilities. The breakfast is not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared, showcasing their commitment to quality. Very friendly administrators. Always ready to help and even advise to fo formalities that you never know you have to do.
Great hotel with great staff. I’ve gone through many hotels and their reviews before choosing this one, even though this hotel also had some negative reviews something made me choose this hotel out of all the ones nearby. We were happy and had no complaints in this hotel. ALL THANKS to Dawood - because of him, our trip in Baku started and ended the best way possible compared to elsewhere. I haven’t...

I recently stayed at Miraj Hotel and was truly impressed with both the service and the rooms. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the receptionist was exceptionally friendly—especially Mr. Röyal, whose kindness and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable
We have just returned from our trip to Baku. We spent 5 nights at this hotel, on second floor room with balcony, after direct reservation via hotel website. Nice little hotel in a great location. Rooms fine, clean and well proportioned. Staff helpful. Breakfast, good variety. Organize your own transfers, use reputable companies such as Bolt or Uber, pick up, drop off point Maidens Tower.
Wonderful hotel in the very center of the old city. Comfortable room, view from the third floor window is attached in the photo. Hearty breakfast. Friendly and attentive staff
The hotel offered clean accommodations and friendly service, with a particularly enjoyable breakfast experience. Not good at all for me it was a bad experience I had room 104 , which is only a few meters from reception so I could hear all the conversations, and listen local songs, and believe me there was a lot. We stayed for one night (we were passing through Baku). It was fairly clean. There was hot water. The shower leaked under the door (the bathroom floor got wet). But for one night, it wasn't a big deal.
The room was nice. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. The location was excellent.
Great location, right in the middle of the tourist area. Walkable distance to the promenade.
After traveling in Italy for 23 days, I stopped over in Baku for one day. It was my first time to set foot on the land of Azerbaijan. My good impression of Azerbaijan was ruined by this hotel, which made me feel bad in the morning. The boss's attitude was very bad. Nice location and breakfast terrace. Maybe it can be difficult to go from a taxi stop to the hotel with heavy luggage but it's the old city.
Located in the old town, a 2-minute walk to popular restaurants. The hotel is a bit old, and the room door had a problem, constantly making a beeping sound.
The building is a standalone structure in the old street, making it very convenient for shopping. The neighborhood is quiet at night, making it a comfortable place to sleep. Breakfast is included, consisting of bread, various cheeses, scrambled eggs, juice, coffee, etc.
The guys at the front desk were friendly. The location is excellent – right in the heart of the old town. The condition of the room was disappointing, not the quality of the room or the newness of the furniture, but the quality of cleaning.
