Everything was great. Someone was waiting for me at the airport late at night for my pick-up. They also offered drop-off services at any time. There was even a separate walk-in closet. The only minor issue was that the hot water took a little while to heat up when showering.

This hotel is on the edge of the city with a bit of a walk to the metro being the only slight negative. Everything else is perfect. Spotlessly clean. So many facilities including gym, pool and sauna all included. The bedrooms are modern with great and comfortable bedding. The price is very fair for the quality of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel when departing from the nearby airport.

The hotel is very beautiful and everything in it is luxurious, but there is one negative thing: there are no soundproof windows, so while you sleep you can hear the noise of cars and their disturbances. It's best if you book a room that doesn't overlook the street.

The room in this hotel was surprisingly spacious, which was a positive aspect. However, the property is in a state of significant neglect, with evident needs for thorough cleaning, general tidying, and minor repairs throughout. With proper attention to maintenance, it could be considerably improved. Nevertheless, it proved acceptable for an overnight stay.

Titanik Baku is an exceptional hotel by all aspects. We spent whole week in a room with sea side view. Our stay was absolutely comfortable and enjoyable. Was in this hotel last month, it was a business trip for 4 days. Personal gave me room on 5th floor, with balcony. Despite of hotel established on 2018 room was very fresh. Overall, the stay was good and the staff were helpful. However, the breakfast options were very limited and the same items were served every day. The Wi-Fi was also very slow. We requested a room change, and the morning staff confirmed that it would be arranged by the time we returned from our sightseeing. But when we came back, nothing had been prepared. This was very disappointing.
