As it was promised before booking, we were so much satisfied about the location of the Hotel.

Almost all of the landmarks at the Old Downtown was a walking distance from the hotel.

Taxi would drop you not far away from the hotel as it won't be able to reach opposite to the hotel. (Pedestrian only)

Being a photographer i just grabbed my equipments and wandered around in a complete happiness as one may find hundereds of angles to cover even for a far landmarks such as the flame towers.

Staff were helpful and friendly, the room was ok and spacious.

Due the description this is a 4* hotel. Well... In Europe it would rather be a 2* hotel. The hotel and the room is small, dark, but the worst is the bathroom: the shower is only a tap on the wall without any curtain or tray, just right next to the toilet. After a shower the whole room became wet, and the water flows to the bedroom.
BUT THE EVEN WORSE. that the hotel charged the credit card twice and they weren't helpful to solve this problem at all. The promised to refund in cash at first and to cancel the second charge, but none of them happened. I personally saw ather guests with this problem too. So I suggest not booking at this hotel or paying only in cash!!!

Worst experiencie ever! I’am at the airport and was going to stay at this hotel, when today I just revived an e-mail saying it was canceled. Booking didn’t helped AT ALL! And the hotel gave no explanation, they said we could reserve again but we should pay the new fee (almost tripled the prize) thank you all for this amazing Christmas present.

Worst hotel ever!!! Stay away from this place, they fool us in a lot of ways! The services are terrible, they don't clean the room in the morning, but the worst part are the people, they lie to us and sold a tour that the hotel have partnership telling us it's all included when the tour guide arrived they ask to pay much more money to have the tour, the tour guide was really agrressive and leave us on street. The hotel really doesn't care about us, and tell more lies!!! After this they even cancel our reservation on booking with afraid of our comments, stay away, they don't know how to treat tourist. They are no honest people.

Most worst hotel in baku...dirty hotel rooms and washroom .They destroy my whole trip they dont refund my money.bugs are everywhere.never ever try to booked. Beds are un comfortable springs are dead they combined 2singl bed and make double bed
