Kilim Boutique Hotel in Baku

We booked one economy and one deluxe room. Both were very clean and matched our expectations—the deluxe was spacious, and the economy, while smaller, was still comfortable for a short stay. The biggest advantage is the excellent location, right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of many Old City attractions. Staff were generally kind and hospitable, especially during breakfast, and we appreciated that when we accidentally broke a glass in the room, they did not charge us for it.

On the other hand, communication with the hotel was very difficult. The email on their website does not work, there is no WhatsApp number, and they did not respond to messages on Booking.com. Even customer service could not reach them by phone. This became especially stressful when they tried to charge my credit card, although my reservation was “no prepayment.” I received “action required” messages, which put my booking at risk of cancellation.

Breakfast could also be improved, as the variety was quite limited, mostly plain vegetables.

Amazing place to be in the old city around Nazimi street and great Coffee Shop under it, everything is a walking distance.

Great location in the heart of the old town. Stayed in a spacious and comfortable 2nd floor suite with balcony. The breakfast could be better.

Stayed for a week at this beautiful new hotel. Very aesthetically designed, and a perfect mix of historic n modern. And located in the heart of the old city. Loved everything about it.

It is a Brand New Boutique hotel located right at the entrance of the Old Baku Town. Special thanks to the manager of the hotel Elchin, who welcomed us with great hospitality.

Rooms are spacious and very clean. Turned down service was provided with Fresh fruit platter for first day only.

The breakfast was also classic local cuisine which was very well served by Chef Isa.

The location is also perfect as most of the famous touristic spots and restaurants are within the vicinity.
