Decent price and does the job not much too complain about other than you can get a bad smell from the bathroom at times
Very big room . Clean. Convenient. We got free breakfast for the child. Thank you. But the walls very thin and we heard the alarm of the neighbor very early in the morning
However, the property is in a state of significant neglect, with evident needs for thorough cleaning, general tidying, and minor repairs throughout. With proper attention to maintenance, it could be considerably improved
The room in this hotel was surprisingly spacious, which was a positive aspect
Nevertheless, it proved acceptable for an overnight stay
I recommend to include breakfast in the bouquet. Also you’ll be getting free massage, but as we were late so we could not take the massage but the hotel was very good. The location was very nice like in walkable distance

Specially Rashid, Ibrahim and Jasmine took very good care of all our requirements and queries throughout our stay
This hotel is fantastic! It's right on the beach, offering stunning views and direct access to the Caspian Sea
The hotel has several excellent swimming pools, including a large outdoor one and a heated indoor pool, which is great for cooler days
Beautiful grounds, building, rooms are cool. Panoramic windows on the sea and a bath by the window really liked. Very clean, everything in the room is to the smallest detail
There are also plenty of facilities, including a spa, fitness center, and various dining options

The outdoor pool is great and the water slides are fun. And the beach is really nice and well maintained. The kids room is nice too, and there's Amburan Mall 5 minutes drive away that has some awesome kids activities
I stayed in Khazri hotel a while ago, highly recommended for vacation trip in Summer All crew members were very friendly and professional but Mt Abdul was crew I liked most . He was very decent and caring members
The staff were super nice and helpful. Overall, we loved it here and would definitely come back
The included breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet is good. Though this is also the only point of complaint - the food is repetitive and selection is somewhat limited. That said, there's plenty of salads, soups and fruits
Really enjoyed our stay at Khazri. The place is right by the sea, very clean both outside and in the rooms, and the food was delicious. We came as a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) and everyone had a great time
Have been coming here annually for a few years now. Abdul and Temur have been making our stays a pleasure all the time. The rooms are really nice and the villas are perfect for bigger families and more privacy

You can enjoy Baku by walking from the hotel. The bulvar (5 min)and city centre (15 mins) are walking distance. Walking enthusiasts like me can even walk to icheri sheher from here
The food is decent for the price paid
This is perfect for a budget 3 star hotel. The location of the hotel is great as it's convenient to get around to local shops or the Baku boulevard. The staff of the hotel are very helpful and always smiling
Simple hotel with low prices for people who dont want to spend much money on hotel um Baku near the Baku F1 City Circuit. Everything is very clean and Nice people.
Breakfast is ok and good enough to start your day. The rooms were clean and tidy too. Only downside was that the bathrooms were a bit to small

Everything is just awesome about this small boutique hotel. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Since it’s a small hotel, they can easily attend to your concerns. They also serve a decent set of English breakfast
The room is very calm and peaceful. This is only hotel bed which I was able to sleep very nicely. Like how I wish I can take that with me to Dubai
Its a good nice small hotel . Kind of has a home feel to it..

The location is in Badamdar which is outside city but taxi is convenient, cheap and easily accessible from the hotel. Breakfast was fresh and delicious
