Staff were all very friendly & welcoming, and the room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The bed was so soft it felt like sleeping on marshmallow clouds

The spa area which for me was important was old, needs modernisation. Sauna wood is dangerously falling apart, the jacuzzi in the pool have handles that are moving a lot, almost detached, stain in the pool is not cleaned

Not so far from the center, nice area around, easy to get by taxi 4. The room is spacious and clean, with nice bathroom. I booked this hotel knowing Fairmont from other countries (stayed there) and the level here is down

This was my second stay at the hotel. After returning from Gabala, I chose to stay here again based on my previous positive experience, even though there are other good hotels in more prime locations

The air conditioning was not working, and after several complaints, a technician was finally sent. Room service was also not as good as during my first stay. Overall, this stay was disappointing

The bathroom is clean and roomy, and overall the suite feels open and well-organized. We faced a small issue with the water being too hot, but they immediately sent someone to fix it and it was resolved within minutes

This is my second time staying at this hotel and the second time booking their two-bedroom suite. For me, it’s the best option in Baku. The suite is very spacious, tidy, and the bed is extremely comfortable

Fly Inn Baku is a great option if you have a long layover or an early flight. The location is very convenient — just a few minutes from the airport — and the free airport transfer is a big plus

Because the Airport Express is so reasonable and so regular I found this hotel to be an excellent choice for getting in and out of Baku ( 30 minute journey in a comfortable airport coach)

After discussion with Younis we agreed to offer me transit to the airport on check out date and free meal for the first day I arrived, including to use their gym, swimming pool free of charge as my initial booking was for Wyndham Baku
