We stayed for one night (we were passing through Baku). It was fairly clean. There was hot water. The shower leaked under the door (the bathroom floor got wet). But for one night, it wasn't a big deal.

The room was nice. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. The location was excellent.

A good hotel with everything you need. Clean, new, central heating works well (important in winter), decent Wi-Fi. There's a cooking area (heat up food), and the train station and supermarket are nearby. If you decide to stay just a night and then check out the next day morning, this would be the best place with the best rate. It is easier to go to Shahdang or Gebala from here. The only drawback is they dont have heater in room and washroom which wont be much of an issue if you are not staying during their peak winter.

It was My solo trip in Bku, Azerbaijan. I liked the location. Staffs are also very polite and humble. They are very friendly. I found one problem, that is you will get a bad smell from washroom. It's like the drain may not be sealed properly. I tried 2 rooms and I found the same bad smell from the water drain in the shower room. So, I request to the authority to fix this.
