Overall, the stay was good and the staff were helpful. However, the breakfast options were very limited and the same items were served every day. The Wi-Fi was also very slow. We requested a room change, and the morning staff confirmed that it would be arranged by the time we returned from our sightseeing. But when we came back, nothing had been prepared. This was very disappointing.

The hotel is located in a quiet alley, with a very peaceful environment. The front desk staff were friendly, the rooms were quiet and clean, the hot water in the bathroom was excellent, and there was a small balcony that was full of sunshine. I stayed here for one night in late February 2025. The room was very clean and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was long and the food was good. Also, when I told them that my flight the next day was late at night, they said I could kill time in the lobby. I will use this hotel again when I visit Baku again.

A big plus is that the front desk staff mostly speak English. The environment is pleasant, and the hotel appears quite new. However, the soundproofing is still poor, which seems to be a common issue for hotels in this area. The breakfast was decent, and the service was also good.
