Our overall experience was good at ramada, its old property with old style rooms.though Rooms were clean n big size. Its little far from the city but u can get bolt at any time. Their breakfast options are amazing n they keep changing the menu every day. Staff is helpful n friendly.

This hotel is on the edge of the city with a bit of a walk to the metro being the only slight negative. Everything else is perfect. Spotlessly clean. So many facilities including gym, pool and sauna all included. The bedrooms are modern with great and comfortable bedding. The price is very fair for the quality of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel when departing from the nearby airport.

The hotel is very beautiful and everything in it is luxurious, but there is one negative thing: there are no soundproof windows, so while you sleep you can hear the noise of cars and their disturbances. It's best if you book a room that doesn't overlook the street.

It's a good hotel located at a 10 min walk to Nizami street. The rooms are decent and overall the hotel is clean. The only drawback is with vegetarian food. They were not ready to accommodate anything with respect to vegetarian food even for an infant. We literally ate, tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce and bread for breakfast during our entire stay.

The condition of the hotel is a bit on a cheap side. Sheets had holes. However, the property is in a state of significant neglect, with evident needs for thorough cleaning, general tidying, and minor repairs throughout. It is fine for a solo stay or with friends, but staying with family is quite difficult due to the hilly location. This is a 3-star hotel, yet it has been given a premium ranking here, which is completely inaccurate. Also very limited options in the Breakfast buffet.

Nicely restored, v good location in the old city, breakfast is average. AC was not working in the first room, and they changed my room.. curtain was stuck in the second room! The decor was nice, the view from the window was great, and the receptionist was very helpful and easy to talk to. They even replaced my room key without charging me, although I found it later. The Ritz-Carlton is right next door, so the hotel's location is excellent.

Room was very spacious and clean. I loved my view from this corner room! I could see the flame towers too! Big bath tub with bath salt, friendly staff, yummy breakfast and hot cocoa. It was also easy to walk everywhere and there is a 24 hr grocery store within a 5 min walk. Super cute cafés nearby and easy to get a taxi too. I would definitely look to stay here next time I'm in Baku :)
