This is my second stay in Hotel Minsk. The Superior room at level 5 (528) was old with a strange odour. The corridor has an even stronger odour which requires sanitation urgently. Check-in & check out was efficiently processed at the Receptions counter. For a 4-star hotel, hotel workers didn't greet no smiles, just cold looking faces. I couldn't pay with my Visa card, like in all other hotels in Minsk. The reception staff looked down on me as if I were on a pedestal. The hotel was extremely expensive for the price, and unfortunately, there was no other option at the time. The breakfast selection was very limited. The SIM card didn't work, and the staff was unfriendly.

Excellent hotel. The price includes breakfast and access to the aqua zone. The buffet is very rich in choice. The room is spacious. Service is top notch. The aqua zone includes a sauna and a hammam, a jacuzzi and a large 22-meter pool. All of this is well worth the cost.

The room is fine. Nice and clean, except bathroom. And also they forget to wash the dishes cleanly in their restaurant. You can see lipstick on some cups in the middle on my picture.

Excellent houses for a large family or a group (there were 5 of us) to while away the time (rest, sleep) while waiting for a night flight from Minsk airport. The house, beds, linen - everything is in good condition. They checked us in and out quickly, we did not use the restaurant.

Location in a forested area. Peace and quiet. Upon check-in, questions arose whether we had done something wrong, or whether the staff was not entirely qualified. The only drawback: I couldn't drink coffee in the morning.

The youngest in the restaurant is the older one, and the food is very cheap! It is very comfortable to spend some time walking in the forest. Next time, book a cabin to experience it.

Cosy hotel with great services and untipically large rooms. In quiet place. City center is in a short-walking distance. All rooms are equipped with great wifi. You can choose to have a great dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast is more than enough. IMHO it is the best hotel in city so far. Strongly suggest it for a stay.

I booked the hotel due to its proximity to the airport. Room is big, bathroom is big, beautiful, lors of facilities in the room. The fitness center is great, lots of equipment, for breakfast, I had one day a set menu ( Belarusian breakfast) and the second day there was a buffet: Both were various, and good. The service is bilingual, very kind and helpful, and the cost to book a taxi to the airport...

Everything corresponds to the price and conditions. The best hotel near the airport. Quiet, clean. When checking in, they initially gave me a room without a refrigerator and noisy neighbors, but then they moved me as I asked. Everything is great.

A piece of paradise just outside of the busy Minsk city. Perfect for a short getaway with a family or as a couple. Gorgeous views of the lake and forest from each room. Quite a good option, but at a very high price. Rest and overnight stay in chain hotels like Hilton or Marriott will be cheaper. This hotel lives on business trips and various government events. The rooms are quite fresh, but everything is made of substandard and fragile materials. Noise cholation is just awful ... A big plus is the bathhouse and the spa area (small pool).
