Since COVID19 President Hotel is the only place in the city center, where you can visit swimming pool and sauna after 21:00 in the afternoon.

The rooms are speck clean you can eat of anything in the room. The employees are very helpful, nice and good people. The breakfast and coffee is awesome! All of the European hotels don't even come close to this one

Rooms are much larger than average and meticulously clean. I stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is very close to the city center, a myriad of restaurants and superb shopping malls

We arrived in Minsk on July 15, walked to the hotel. We were incredibly tired, since the road from Moscow was 7 hours and the only thing we wanted was to take a shower and relax. Our check-in was supposed to be at 14

And the most interesting thing is that none of the staff (neither the administrator nor the general manager) apologized even once! After sitting in the cafe for 45 minutes, no one notified us that the room was ready and we could check in

We were so shocked by their attitude and complete unprofessionalism. First they took money from us and only then presented us with a fait accompli! Out of anger, we asked for a senior manager

For a transit foreigner in Minsk airport this hotel was a real barging. Not having any means of communication in Belarus, we asked relatives to book it from Ukraine and it was done very easy via Trip

Basic Soviet style hotel. Good for basic stay. No air condition, no window nets. Small toilet ( in my single room) , free minimal water and good Wi-Fi. Laugege storage. Recommend for low budget.

The hotel is good. A beautiful lounge. Each room has its own name and is decorated accordingly. I had Braslavsky chant. Only now the light bulbs in the chandelier: three burned and one in bra also did not burn.

Everything is very old. The beds are comfortable, but obviously cheap, in the bathroom, no holder for the shower and the latch on the door. The food is tasty and satisfying. Audibility in rooms is terrible.

A strange thing was, they charge extra money if you take an additional towel. A very small price, but makes feel why they do that. So, the hotel, personnel are very nice, but somethings give a strange feeling

There is no active resturant even they advertise it on there website and TV. There is only tea in the room and no coffee. In the bath room there are no floor mats/towels

Extremely high tech indoor and outdoor water park. Slammed with people but still not crowded. Short lines for slides. The only thing I didn't like was the hot tubs were not hot at all. Great place though.
