Since COVID19 President Hotel is the only place in the city center, where you can visit swimming pool and sauna after 21:00 in the afternoon.

The rooms are speck clean you can eat of anything in the room. The employees are very helpful, nice and good people. The breakfast and coffee is awesome! All of the European hotels don't even come close to this one

Rooms are much larger than average and meticulously clean. I stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is very close to the city center, a myriad of restaurants and superb shopping malls

We arrived in Minsk on July 15, walked to the hotel. We were incredibly tired, since the road from Moscow was 7 hours and the only thing we wanted was to take a shower and relax. Our check-in was supposed to be at 14

Naturally, we refused and did not even look at the room, because when I booked I wrote to them - only a non-smoking room! To which the administrator Tatyana said with a displeased face: "that she does not have another room and what do you want anyway?" In the end, she suggested waiting another 40 minutes until they clean the room on the non-smoking floor

And the most interesting thing is that none of the staff (neither the administrator nor the general manager) apologized even once! After sitting in the cafe for 45 minutes, no one notified us that the room was ready and we could check in

We were so shocked by their attitude and complete unprofessionalism. First they took money from us and only then presented us with a fait accompli! Out of anger, we asked for a senior manager

For a transit foreigner in Minsk airport this hotel was a real barging. Not having any means of communication in Belarus, we asked relatives to book it from Ukraine and it was done very easy via Trip

I stayed twice at the Turist Hotel, first time the room I stayed in was a bit run down & outdated I would say. The second time I stayed there I got a nice new renovated room

Basic Soviet style hotel. Good for basic stay. No air condition, no window nets. Small toilet ( in my single room) , free minimal water and good Wi-Fi. Laugege storage. Recommend for low budget.

This is a grand dame hotel in the European style. Although the hotel had to be totally rebuilt they kept to the original plan and quality. Great place for a city stay.

But if that was the case, why was the cold water clear?! This demonstrates the hotel's lack of attention to customer concerns, and ultimately, no compensation was offered

When I reported this to the front desk upon check-out, they said it might be a municipal plumbing issue

Extremely high tech indoor and outdoor water park. Slammed with people but still not crowded. Short lines for slides. The only thing I didn't like was the hot tubs were not hot at all. Great place though.
