Nearby are the best shops for every budget. The place is busy, but the Park is quiet and cheerful place

Good,but need to provide Air Condition for some of the room during Summery.

Furnishing is poor and old, especially in the bath. Food was typical Russian type, good salad. Main was very delicious and fresh. And bread with salmon was just ok

In the heat, the upper floors can be warm if the room is without air conditioning. There are no kettles in the rooms, but there is a cooler on the floor. If suddenly the water runs out, the bottle will soon be replaced

On the first floor of the building there is a small grocery store that is open until late (until 02:00). The hotel itself has a cafe, and on the river bank 100-150 meters from the building there is also a cafe

But if you need coffee or tea urgently, you can go to another cooler on the next floor. In general, there are no problems with hot water - it is always nearby and easily accessible

The room is fine. Nice and clean, except bathroom. And also they forget to wash the dishes cleanly in their restaurant. You can see lipstick on some cups in the middle on my picture.

Very good hotel, very quiet location, very quiet at night. There are shopping malls and gyms next to it. I hope there will be some Asian food for breakfast, the continuous white breakfast is a bit monotonous.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location. Nearby is a beautiful forest park, nearby is a reservoir where you can swim. Within walking distance is a large shopping center with many shops, cafes and playgrounds

Average hotel with old facilities, convenient shopping malls around, subway and bus stations, and large parking lot. Wide view, good environment, no noise, safe and comfortable.

Fortunately, they are very close - this is an undoubted plus! The room is clean, smells nice, has a modern TV, a small refrigerator, an old "tired" electric kettle and there was no hair dryer!!!!

Rooms are much larger than average and meticulously clean. I stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is very close to the city center, a myriad of restaurants and superb shopping malls

We arrived in Minsk on July 15, walked to the hotel. We were incredibly tired, since the road from Moscow was 7 hours and the only thing we wanted was to take a shower and relax. Our check-in was supposed to be at 14

To which the administrator Tatyana said with a displeased face: "that she does not have another room and what do you want anyway?" In the end, she suggested waiting another 40 minutes until they clean the room on the non-smoking floor

And the most interesting thing is that none of the staff (neither the administrator nor the general manager) apologized even once! After sitting in the cafe for 45 minutes, no one notified us that the room was ready and we could check in

We were so shocked by their attitude and complete unprofessionalism. First they took money from us and only then presented us with a fait accompli! Out of anger, we asked for a senior manager

Air ventilation is a problem. No air conditioning either. Otherwise, neat hotel in a good location (if a noise from traffic isn't a problem for you).
