Nice location, quiet and pretty safe, close to everything.

Metro station at few metres away. Walkable distance to Central station an city centre attractions.

Beautiful room, self checkin, spotless cleaning and comfy bed. Amazing decorations and good lighting of the space.

Coffee machine and little fridge for own use included.
A small supermarket nearby, Flemish and French bars/restaurants nearby. A quiet corner with literally all of Brussels within reach

The room was lovely and clean, just a few minutes walk from the old town center. Our experience here was perfect!

Location is very good, in real center. Also access to the house even if late hours is good (with electronic code registration). Also room was ok, with fridge and big enough, however there were no doors between the bathroom and the bedroom which is little awkward. Also we were not able to figure it out how to open the shower in the bathroom. Also be aware there is no elevator and stairs are quite steep and narrow, if you are with some have bags this can be an issue.

The shower is not inside the bathroom, it´s inside the bedroom, next to your front door. This does not offer privacy if you are sharing with another person. This also causes a mould problem.
For the price, I was expecting much better.
The service is efficient, you use a code to get into the building and another code to get into your room.
The location is pretty good though, quiet area, nice food options nearby and it felt safe at night.

We really enjoyed staying. Amazing location, we just walked to the town. The room is so cozy and comfortable. All the staffs are amazing and very friendly. We will definitely come back! Thank you for making us memorable stay.

The rooms are beautiful, the bathroom and shower are excellent, the place has been recently renovated and the bed is very comfortable. However Les Ecrins is not a hotel and doesn't offer any service like a hotel would do. Thet didn't even reply a mail and the communication is automated. It depends what you are looking for but I feel that their website is slightly misleading.

Great service by a friendly multilingual staff! Rooms are clean, if a bit outdated with regards to the bathroom. We had a very pleasant stay and will do so again if we are looking for a place to stay in Brussels.

Nice hotel and staff. Near to many attractions. Nearest metro station is only 100 mtrs from the hotel. Grand place is about 1 km from the hotel. There are lots of restaurents near by to explore. I will definitely recomend this hotel. Thank you Hotel LesEcrins for hosting us.
