Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and concerning from the very beginning. The lobby was packed with people lining up for check-in, and the process was painfully slow. When we finally checked in, we discovered that both my room and my friend’s room already had strangers inside, and they said they were living in the room already, which felt completely unsafe. The hotel only changed our rooms and gave us a room voucher without any explanation or apology. While they were handling our case, other guests interrupted and they immediately switched to helping them first, leaving us waiting again. To make things worse, the bartender was very rude when we tried to redeem our compensate drinks and get one more spoon. Last but not least, the room was not properly prepared upon arrival, we even had to make the bed myself. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Please avoid it if you want a happy journey.

The hotel located not far from train station. There is serious lack of clearness and maintenance in the room. The dust on the table surface, hair in the bath. Regardless of existence of bathtub there are no any way to stop water from draining. Only shower can be used. Also at evening somebody was able to open the door with its own electronic key and enter the room!!! The staff came at 9:00 to do the room check while the checkout at 10:00

The hygiene was poor, and the place was very old. There were hardly any staff, and the power even went out once during my stay. The only redeeming quality was the nice garden outside the window. It's okay for a one-night stay if you have an early Flixbus the next day.

The room is big but the bathroom didn’t looks clean, something in the bathroom are sticky. And there was a big spider in my friend’s bag. I wish they can improve the cleanness. Also, people who choose to stay here can avoid the nearby Brussels Noord (I don’t know if I spell right) train station, the street near that station is messy and dirty.

The hotel is very close to FlixBus bus stop! There is a police station and halal supermarket for Muslim community behind the hotel. The hotel should consider having 2 front desk workers at a time instead of just 1 person manning the front desk. When there are group of people talking and running around at the hotel room corridor, I couldn’t find the front desk person to solve the problem as there was no one at the front desk.

Our room wasn't cleaned.(Bed, bathroom
and table) Really disappointing.Plus water was leaking from bath.
Additionally the breakfast buffet wasn't great especially salad. Tasted like seafood at some point.

Its conveniently located near the Flixbus stop which is why we chose the hotel. Check-in wasnt too difficult and the people behind the desk were helpful, unlike what the reviews say. It is easier to check-in during the weekdays, because they have more staff. Check-out is better on the weekends because its allowed till 11 am. The breakfast is not the best, but passable. The staff was quite friendly, the room was warm and overall not a bad place for 1 or 2 night stay.

Good location, a lot of trams nearby and 5 min. walking Bruxelles Noord Station. Fair prices. Spacious common area and rooms (bigger than most of a&o I have stayedin). Big building with private gardens if you want to enjoy the good weather.
