The room on the ninth floor has a good view, is spacious and bright, and you can see the sunrise every morning.

We happily arrived in Belgium for the first week of the grand Tomorrowland music festival! The unbelievable thing happened on our last day, when we were checking out! As we stood up to pick up our luggage in the hotel lobby, within ten seconds, our backpacks, passports, money, and other belongings were all stolen!!! The hotel security was terrible! This happened right in the hotel lobby! It was so unsafe! My group, including my children, were left penniless and had nowhere to stay! The police came and told us to wait in the hotel! Since it was Wednesday and the embassy was closed, we couldn't process any requests, so the five of us had nowhere else to go. The hotel gave us a room until the embassy opened the next day, but they wanted the room fee. We only had 20 euros, and they said they wanted to leave it for the kids' meals. The front desk refused to answer our calls and forced us to borrow money from family and friends back home. We said it was the middle of the night and everyone was asleep, but they still wouldn't let us go!!! It's completely heartless!!! How could this hotel be so unkind!!! They have no human touch at all!

We had booked a room with a balcony terrace on Trip.com. Unfortunately, that's not what we got upon arrival and I had to pay an extra €30 at check-in. Which Trip.com later refunded me. They didn't offer a late check-out until 2 p.m. They asked for another €30... it's not the same service as before. I'll choose another hotel for my next business trip. The service has declined and the welcome is not great. Luckily, Trip.com was there to compensate!

Additionally, the hotel’s location was perfect—just a short walk from everything. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very close to the Grand Place in the center of Brussels, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk. The room is relatively large, the facilities are complete, there is its own parking lot, and the breakfast variety is quite good

We stayed there for 4 nights. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable for our family of 3 Air conditioning is pretty good. As you know, some hotels in Europe are not cold enough. Although the hotel location is not near the tourist attractions (it needs to take tram / bus / metro for 10 minutes plus 7 minutes walk.), it is high cp value in terms of service, room size, etc. Also the area is quiet and safe. Regarding the house-keeping, it forgets to replenish the bath gel and it missed the conditioner on the 1st day. We phoned to request and they deliver right away. Actually, we are quite happy to stay there.
