Traveling with my teenage daughter and my family of three, the hotel was old but very clean. Three single beds and even a bathtub – excellent value for money. It's in a great location for exploring the city on foot. Parking was an issue though; the Victoria car park directly in front has a height limit of 1.8m, so my car couldn't fit. I ended up parking at a nearby car park for 30 Euros a day. The sink drained slowly, and when I asked to change rooms, they didn't have any available, but they kindly offered a complimentary breakfast for three, which was satisfying. For reference, after I poured hot water down the sink about three times, the water started draining a bit faster, haha.

I stayed here with friends, highly recommend. Close to to the train station, walking distance to city centre and high street! We had the breakfast too, lots of good options and very filling.

Wifi connection didn't work very well, but the hotel is convenient even if the "red-light district" is very close

This hotel is perfectly fine for the price. The reviews saying it's scary to go there aren't very accurate. It's just a typical train station area with typical homeless people, nothing new. The room itself is well-maintained, and the staff are polite and nice. The only thing I didn't like was that the luggage room was full, and they offered to let me leave my bags in the lobby without taking responsibility. I did, and everything was fine, but it seems like for a chain hotel like this, luggage storage shouldn't be an issue.

The hotel is in a very central location, close to both Flixbus and the Nord train station, as well as all tourist attractions. The room layout, beds, and bathroom are nice, but there's no fridge in the room. The breakfast is a buffet and very good. The road to the hotel is a bit uphill, and you might see some questionable characters on the street in the evening.

Unsafe location. Homeless people around.Bed mattress too soft, room old and fair hygiene. Bad water system with very unstable hot water for bath!
