I would definitely consider booking here again; it is within walking distance of everything and there is a parking garage nearby. The rooms were clean and fine.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, offering easy walking access to the Grand Place and excellent transport links via the nearby Metro (Rogier), making it the perfect central base for exploring Brussels. My room was modern, stylish, and impeccably clean, featuring great soundproofing and a wonderful rainfall shower, ensuring a comfortable and quiet stay. The entire staff team was extremely friendly and helpful, adding significant value to the experience. For anyone seeking a contemporary, clean, and centrally located hotel that delivers great value, The Usual is an excellent choice.

The hotel is ok. The view from the window is beautiful. The sink is small. It's clean. The room's interior is simple and modern. Overall, everything is good.

Had a quick stay, good location but room is smaller than i thought

- The cleanliness of the room is above average, there is not much space for the bed, and the bathroom is not big but acceptable.
- The double bed is made up of two single beds, and there is no noise.
- The air conditioning is very good and can be adjusted at will. The Wi-Fi is very stable. The TV has not been tested. The socket position is also sufficient.

3. Location and transportation
- The hotel's location is convenient, it is in the center of Brussels.
- There are restaurants around, but there are no direct attractions. In terms of public transportation, it is very close to the subway station and can also walk to the tourist area, which is very convenient.
- It was not found at the first time, there is no parking space, and there is a road downstairs.

4. Facilities and services
- I don't think there is a gym or swimming pool, so I can't comment. There is a restaurant in the hotel.
- No extra thoughtful services (such as free breakfast, airport transfer, etc.).

5. Value for money
- The room rate is acceptable
- Compared with other hotels of the same level, it is also worth recommending because it is newly built and feels cleaner.
