Check-in in the middle of the night wasn't a problem. I had a bunk bed in an empty room, which was clean and had everything I expect from a hostel. Great stay for the price.

The front desk lady was beautiful. You have to make your own bed, which is a bit unusual. The environment is nice, and the bathroom is large but not very well laid out. The location is convenient.

Fine for a nights stay Bed linen and towels were clean but other than that room looked like it hasn’t Been cleaned in a long time

Very good Hostel with excellent staff who were friendly with me on arrival. I arrived early and there was a luggage hold and was also able to check in early. The staff were multi lingual and they spoke English, French and Dutch. The bed and bathrooms were very comfortable and clean.

The location is decent as it’s right beside Centraal station but that comes with its pitfalls - security is really weak there and when walking to our floor we had to step over one passed out homeless (?) guy on the stairs and there was another guy just being shady also in the stairwell so we left immediately and went home (NL).
Perhaps if I’d taken the lift and gone straight to my room that was ignorance would be bliss and this would have a higher rating. But such lax security on what characters are coming into the hotel meant I couldn’t feel safe sleeping there with my young daughter so we left. I’ve stayed in other A&O hostels and think they great but don’t let ********** into the building please!

Great location and clean. It was a good affordable option in an otherwise expensive city. Room could get hot in the afternoon. Good tv and bathroom.

Location is near to central station / just opposite. Room seem just renovation and switch socket and door locked still not install , smell form paint and the interior with lots of poster patch on the wall make the room small and messy.

Overall, it was pretty good and offered excellent value for money. The second room I got on the second day was fantastic—great environment and spacious. My roommates were all very considerate; no snoring or loud sleepers. The hygiene was also good. I hope to get another large room next time I stay here. Very good all around!

Payed 35 euro for a room, so cant expect a lot for that.
But it was spacious and clean, for this money i'll come back!
