The heating in one of the rooms needed fixing. Otherwise, everything was good.

Everything's bad except the interior. They didn't help with my luggage. The breakfast wasn't tasty. The place was full of European bureaucrats. I was lied to at reception about my brasserie reservation.

Staff was courteous, housekeeping was fabulous. The restaurant was closed all weekend and room service had to be ordered from the bar if you wanted food. Weekend food was not very good bar had only one attendant who worked very hard to serve everyone.
