This is an older hotel with a rich sense of history. The location is excellent, very close to the train station, and the Grand Place is also within walking distance. Our room had a street view. Brussels was our last stop in Europe, and generally, European hotel rooms tend to be small, but this hotel's room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was also very large. The slippers were very comfortable. We had an early flight, so we didn't get to try the hotel breakfast.

The hotel is very upscale with large rooms and bathrooms. The location is good and the decor is opulent. However, check-in isn't until 4 PM, but the front desk staff was nice.

Le Plaza Brussels is a gorgeous, old‑school Art Deco hotel with big rooms, great cleanliness, and genuinely warm service. The location is perfect for exploring the city. The only downside was that the WiFi/TV connection in our room didn’t work, and even after asking a few times it wasn’t fixed. Still, overall a stylish and comfortable stay.

The hotel facilities are quite old, but there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel itself has a great ambiance with a very distinctive charm; you often see influencers taking photos in the lobby. The cocktails at the hotel bar are also excellent, a drink during downtime really helps with sleep. It was a good experience overall!

Had an issue with the bathroom, was told we will look after you next time, unfortunately won’t be visiting this hotel again. Although location is good, the actual hotel rooms and service is not acceptable.

Extremely bad. Twice in one evening I filed a complaint about noise people above me. Nothing has been done with it, not by the crew and not by the manager. Five stars hotel….it‘s a joke.

Hotel bit dated, but clean and spacious, especially the lobby. The room was comfortable with a large bed and the bathroom was very big. I also appreciated the small entrance area with double doors, which was very useful for leaving coats and other items.
One thing I noticed a bit weird was finding a Bible in the bedside table in 2026, something that felt more typical of the 90s.
Overall a pleasant stay, staff very polite.
