It was my boyfriend's birthday and they gifted us a Champagne to celebrate (we couldn't have the chance to drink it but we highly appreciate it), also they helped us with some band aids I really needed.
They are kind and gentle, the breakfast was quite good. Every interior space is Heated and the rooms are comfortable and clean.
I would highly recommend this establishment to stay. They have a cozy backyard and is very quiet.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to answer our many questions. The breakfast room was lovely and the food was good quality and there were lots of options. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Lovely courtyard with tables to eat outside. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Ghent.
