The location is perfect, right next to the Cathedral Bell Tower, and there are many restaurants around, which is very convenient.

The facilities are quite old, and you can tell the room is in need of maintenance. What was really startling was that the housekeeping staff actually walked into my room twice without knocking during my stay. If you value peace and quiet, make sure to request a room away from the street, otherwise, the bar downstairs can be incredibly noisy with people talking all night long, especially on weekends. The upside is its central location, making dining and shopping very convenient.

The service was professional, even though the facilities were a bit old. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. The location is excellent, within walking distance to all the main attractions.

The location is excellent, right near the bell tower, and I could see the church from my window every morning during breakfast. The only downside was that the pillows and duvet weren't very comfortable. Everything else was pretty good.

Location-wise, it's right next to Ghent City Hall, super central! Most of Ghent's attractions are within a 10-minute walk, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, like Carrefour and McDonald's. However, because it's so central, it can get a bit noisy; you can still hear people on the street late into the night.

Service: The front desk staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic, and there's complimentary water.

Facilities: It's an older hotel, which is fine, but the TV isn't a smart TV so you can't cast to it. The air conditioning didn't seem to heat up enough, even when set to the maximum fan speed and highest temperature. On the upside, the room itself is very spacious.

Cleanliness: It was very clean.

Overall, for a few hundred yuan, staying in a chain hotel like this offers good value for money.

Hotel located in the city center, with a perfect location to reach all the main tourist attractions on walking distance. From Sint-Pieters train station, take tram line 1 (yellow) to the Gent Koophandelsplein stop, then walk a short distance.
The room was standard and amenities were fine. Unfortunately, the morning cleaning staff were very noisy, talking loudly from room to room and waking up the entire floor. In addition, the windows were not fully soundproof, and with the Christmas market being dismantled outside, all the noise could be heard.
