We had a great stay at Fred and Breakfast airBnB. Fred was a very friendly and welcoming host, making us feel right at home. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the Airbnb is perfectly located within walking distance of the city center. Highly recommended!

Owners are very lovely and helpful, place is clean, all the amenities works and place is hotel like (it is guest house), but you will have private entrance and much of privacy, they also have very sweet bar and garden (where you can smoke as well)

This B & B is within walking distance of the city centre via some quiet sidestreets & is run by very friendly staff. Our room was a good size, well decorated & had a well appointed ensuite shower & toilet. The staircase up to our room was steep & it was disappointing to find that the breakfast is charged as extra.

Fred and Lorenzo greeted us warmly and went out of their way to assist us throughout our stay. Their hospitality made our experience truly memorable. Additionally, they kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated.
The accommodation itself exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and convenience. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The convenient location made it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities.
Furthermore, the parking facilities, just 300 meters away, offered secure and affordable options for our vehicle at a rate of 6 euros per day. This added convenience alleviated any worries about parking in the bustling city center.
Speaking of which, downtown was conveniently only a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. This proximity allowed us to easily explore the vibrant streets, charming cafes, and cultural landmarks at our leisure.
Overall, our experience at this accommodation was nothing short of excellent, thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable amenities, and convenient location.

The breakfast consists of a boiled egg, so maybe the name is a bit pretentious. Fred is a nice guy but a bit edgy and brute so not the ideal type for a host.
Check in and out times are really uncomfortable especially if you are traveling with a big bag, however he did accommodate my request to drop my bag before check-in, which is at 6pm!
The place is very noisy especially at night so earplugs are highly recommended for a good sleep. I stayed for a week and the room has never been cleaned. The room was full of mosquitos as well, denoting lack of care.
Communication with the host is not ideal either, as he does not reply to emails. So use WhatsApp or call him if you need to reach him.
The reason why I don't give a one star is because the room has a nice design, has a nice view on the canal, and has a good location.

I've spent a couple of days here with my wife and son and the place it's lovely. Large rooms with a nice bathroom. Child friendly. The place is located in a quiet zone of the city and have a lovely view for the outside. It's right in front of the river. Fred (owner) is a friendly guy always ready to help or give useful information.

Fred is an extremely unwelcoming host. I would even say he is hostile. I do not expect to be yelled at by a b&b host! It seems like he resents having guests. Every interaction with him has been more unpleasant than the last. Definitely would not recommend and would not ever stay here again. Even more accurately I would like to never have to interact with this person again.
I’ve noticed a pattern of negative reviews from women. So beware women! He has definitely been more intrusive and rude to me than to my male partner.
