Very cool property. The rooms are cozy and elegant. The hotel is very centrally located, close to all the major tourist spots. Service is great.

They put me in a lower class room than the one I paid for and wouldn’t fund the the difference

It was a roof cable room, and I banged my head on the ceiling and cut my scalp.

Terrible service. Would not recommend it.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from shopping and dining areas. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a wonderful design and impeccable details. The breakfast was high-quality. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Super good service. The decoration is full of artistic sense. The design is very thoughtful. The high-quality bedding is also adjusted to the right temperature in the room. It is not too hot or dry. The food is also great.

Stayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

Went there for SLH and Wow, I was not disappointed. Needless to say, the service standards exceeded expectations. The hotel's decoration design style and details reflect SLH's consistent style of low-key luxury.
