Reviews
After several phone calls, the doll was eventually found for us.
We kindly asked if you could send it to us by post, but we were told that it was absolutely not possible.
So, I decided to come in person to collect it.
We arrived at the hotel at 20:15 on August 11, but unfortunately, there was a young lady at the reception who did not speak English or Dutch. She told us to speak in French, so we had to use Google Translate to communicate.
In the end, she did not give us the doll, did not help us at all, and simply kept playing on her phone and texting.
As a result, we drove for five hours for nothing.
I am truly disappointed by such a lack of attention and assistance.
In addition, I was not satisfied with the breakfast at all, and the rooms were also very dark.
We felt Wellcome
The rooms are dark,
Located near the Walibi park 5 min by car, what was comfortable.
The location is very quiet
The service is good.
Nice hotel for a short visit
Night club right next door which blasts music until morning. (No soundproof walls)
Security is so overwhelming and concerning that every move you do is supervised. Not to mention that we did not get keycards for our rooms and had to ask the security guard by the reception to open for us every time. (Totally not creepy at all that he's the only one with access)
Also they photocopy your Passport instead of just checking your identity.
The rooms themself are what i outright call disturbing.
Lighting is dark and feels more like a prison than a hotel room.
Beds are hard and feels like laying on plastic.
Floor is not cleaned and there was crums all over. (Not to mention underneath the bed)
We found mold behind the toilet and the worst offender of them all... BLOOD ON THE MADRASS. EWWW.
We checked in and out within 1 hour...
STAY AWAY!!!
Poor service and poor management. One of our friends clearly got profiled and was victim of abuse and real bad language from the security !
Head of security realize their mistakes and said that next time I’ll offer us a drink (lmao) this clearly showing that they knew they did something wrong
Rooms are dark (not just dark like no windows) but physically painted in black so you get feeling like you are in prison.
Reception is empty most of the time. Also very dark and depressing.
Breakfast is basically 2 types of food and that's it.
Outside is also creepy, in the middle of nowhere.
All in all, too expensive for service they offer.
The restau closes at 20.30, so we forced to drive someplace else to get something to eat.
In summary: if you want to sleep well and are hungry sometimes, avoid this place!
There was no proper lighting in the room, only mood lighting.
People came in late (1:30am), were extremely loud, slammed doors, and nothing was done about it.
