Quite old hotel. English speaking reception. Bed not that comfortable as I got back pain after sleep. Power supply quite bad.

I like that this place was located in a good part of Copacabana. I felt safe and quite comforable. Staff were alright and they spoke English for the most part. The mountain view was awesome as I was able to see the christ the redeemer statue.

Firstly, deluxe room wasn’t deluxe at all. Same as the standard room in all it entirety. They blankets were old and didn’t have a casing. The towel if you hold them up to the light you could see through them. The room had mold. It was an horrible stay. Also had to pay for them to keep your bags ( I was only surprised by this- not really a complaint). This wasn’t a four star stay , more like a two stars ⭐️ ⭐️

This hotel has so much potential with just a little bit of TLC and some updates! During my stay, I felt that the service could have been a bit more attentive. I did notice a slight unpleasant smell in my room, and I had some trouble with the water in the shower. I also had to wait in a bit of a long line at the lobby, which was a little inconvenient, especially without AC. It would have been wonderful if someone had checked in to see if we needed anything, like water. Overall, my experience didn’t quite meet my expectations, and I ended up deciding to cancel my reservation due to my feelings. That said, if you're considering camping near the beach, this hotel could be a good option for a night! I was surprised to see it rated as a 2 star.

The place is fine but not 4 stars. Could be a little cleaner. Service was good, the staff was friendly and helpful. Sometimes there is no hot water, depends on the day. Very few amenities.

Understaffed. Location is superb. Mini bar prices are average. Breakfast is included and is a 10/10. Overall good experience

Great location and the staff at the reception was polite and professional. Overall good value for money. However: the mould in the toilet should be removed and the cleaning crew forgot to clean the floor a couple of times.

The hotel doesn't offer many amenities, I couldn't even get a fork to eat my takeaway. The rooms are small for a couple. It's a simple hotel, for those who are staying for just a couple of days. Reception service is really bad.
Quartos pequenos demais. Cobram 1 diária INTEIRA pra fazer check-in antes das 10h, achei isso um absurdo! Péssimo atendimento da recepção. Ar condicionado não funciona direito, nem telefone do quarto. Quase nunca atendem telefone quando vc liga pro hotel. Só recomendo pra quem vai passar uns 2 dias na cidade.
