I always stay at hotels in your chain when I travel to Thailand, Qatar, and the UAE, and I've always been satisfied with the service. This hotel, however, was a stark contrast to those standards. The room size was incredibly small; I could only open my suitcase on the bed. Basic amenities were missing from the room. There were only two towels, which had to be requested for replacement – unacceptable for a hotel of this star rating. Hand towels, at the very least, should be provided. In terms of toiletries, only shampoo and soap were available; no other personal hygiene items. There was also no drinking water or a kettle. Basically, the room was completely empty except for electrical outlets. Breakfast was very meager, consisting of artificial, 'paper-like' sausages and omelets every single day. Unfortunately, for my next trip to Buenos Aires, I didn't choose a hotel from your chain, as I was worried about encountering the same inconveniences. I do not recommend this hotel.

to be honest I would not recommend this place. the room was dirty, shoe prints were visible in the bathroom, there was someone else's hair in the shower, and the room itself smelled very unpleasant. The bed linen was yellow and also had an unpleasant smell. The rooms clearly require renovation, there are a lot of peeling paint and very old, battered furniture. And the breakfasts are all bread in different variations. i don’t think that it deserved 3 stars.
However, the hotel staff are very pleasant and hospitable, they speak English well.
