I don't think the sheets in the rooms are changed after each customer. It's not worth the money you pay. Also, the people at the reception are very rude and refuse to help you in any way. During my stay here, I didn't get any support I needed from the reception, and even though I stated that I didn't use the minibar when I checked out, they made me wait 10 minutes for the attendant to check it, causing me to be late for the airport and pay an extra waiting fee for Uber. The reception is rude and disrespectful. I don't understand how people like this work here. I don’t recommend here anyone not worth the price

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. There were some bugs in the room when we arrived. My wife got some skin allergies on the second day. Not sure if it was caused by the bed linen or something else so we requested a new room. The staff was super helpful. The staff at the front desk helped me with a lot of stuff. We did a massage and it was great. The breakfast was very good.

The location is the only great thing about this hotel. Terrible blankets provided. Restaurant served cold missoshiru and overcooked teppan. The bathroom was clearly dirty, with black spots that could be removed by hand.

Very convenient location. Right in the city center. Famous Japanese heritage district! Hotel staff are friendly and helpful!

Great location for who wants to go around Liberdade. Rooms are spacious. Free breakfast was no big deal.

It's good for the president. The location is very good. It's right next to Japan Street and it's very convenient to walk there.

I usually stay at this hotel, but this time I had the worst experience. The staff provided terrible service, and the cleaning was subpar. The person responsible for handling luggage was unprofessional and rude to the clients. The water in the bath was cold, and the staff seemed to complain about doing their jobs. Overall, it was a highly disappointing experience

Charging like $100 a night when...
1. Your wifi has really poor reception and is SUPER slow.
2. Your TV's are 32 inches in 2024 and aren't smart TVs (no netflix, youtube, nothing)
3. The bathroom lock doesn't work.
4. Bugs crawling in my bed (two of them across 5 days).
Should be a criminal offense. I won't be coming back here.
