Some of hotel's staff might miss communiate with the tour owner and might tell you a wrong time when you book tours at the hotel. Have to check with the tour owner again, otherwise you might miss the tour like me.

Excellent option
Extremely clean hotel, excellent breakfast, and super friendly and attentive kitchen staff. Free parking is a plus. For those who are going sightseeing, like us, it's worth it because the street isn't closed like it is on Sundays, and you can walk around freely. The location is excellent. Pillows could be improved.

Great stay
Fair for the price. Room and bathroom
are new and clean, great location, and free parking is a plus for this area. Breakfast is very complete for a 2-star hotel. The only downside is the box spring bed, which isn't very comfortable. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

Great experience! A small, simple hotel, super well located, with a friendly and attentive staff, very comfortable, clean, and organized. Great breakfast! I'll definitely stay here again.

Disappointment
The hotel is very well located, but the service is terrible. The staff is distracted and doesn't interact. Both elevators stopped working, and we spent a long time without them. Breakfast was limited, and the support staff also didn't interact with guests.

Excellent
The hotel is very well located. The rooms are well-maintained, and the entire staff—reception, kitchen, and housekeeping—is very attentive. This isn't our first time here, and we hope to stay here again.

The room was a bit small, but the cleanliness was acceptable. Breakfast included hot water, but the selection was limited.

Staff was very sweet and the breakfast was very nice. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Location was also very good!

I had a late lunch (about 3:00 PM) at Novilho de Prata.
Despite the fact that I don't fancy all-you-can-eat meals, specially when it comes to barbecue, I had a nice experience there, mostly because there were almost no people at the steak house besides me and 4 work colleagues, which resulted in excellent service (7 waiters tending to 5 people lol)!
Beef quality at Novilho de Prata is OK but very salty, which is a common factor in this kind of service.
Very Nice: crispy pork belly and Ancho (rib eye).
OK: Salad buffet (good cheeses and prosciuto). Overall beef cuts were nice.
Avoid: Rack of Lamb (Thin and overcooked)
Price: List price is R$ 110, but since we went there very late we were charged R$ 90 plus drinks. We went dutch and the average price with service was R$ 124/each.
