We really liked very caring stuff who warned us about not using mobile phone on streets because it will be stolen. Breakfast was good. We got the room with two bathrooms and it was amazing.

Excellent service and reception. Great-sized room accommodations for business or leisure trips. The location is a differentiator, close to everything and in SP this is important.

Due to the pandemic, breakfast ended up being disorganized, with few employees to meet demand. Other points were all satisfactory, room, reception, comfort and location.

This is a non-smoking hotel, which we loved. The staff at the reception (Arthur) was very kind and attentive, he made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. The bathroom had a strong shower and good quality hair dryer. Our stay was pleasant. The hotel is very close to Avenida Paulista and close to the metro. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel or used other amenities there, so we cannot rate them. We had a car rental and parked our car in the hotel parking using their valet service.

The bathroom was smelling, the rooms not like pictures, the location is good-close to the subway. Breakfast below the standards. Fitness area was okay.
