It’s was a good stay ! However they need to make sure to have all payments checked and on track ! Even if it’s booking.com! I was requested to double paid my room at my check out as they couldn’t confirm my payment with booking .com even when I showed them my bank statement. That affect the whole experience. The room was very good, and they promised me next time since I work to a big company the upgrade will be automatic. They had a fantastic shampoo and soap that I did not have to bring it from home. It cannot be compared with domestic five-star hotels, it is similar to domestic budget hotels. The only plus point is that there is a juicer for breakfast, and you can make juice by yourself.

Mercure Hotel Sao Paulo Paulista is definitely a place to stay in when visiting the city. It's very cosy, quiet and clean, the staff is super nice and helpful, location is perfect ( most popular atractions are in the walking distance from hotel ). I definitely recommend.

There are too few fitness facilities and the rooms are small. I booked this hotel because of the heated swimming pool, but it is too small and the water is not circulating. I am quite disappointed. I will not stay here again.

It is very close to Paulista Financial Street in Sao Paulo. The room is very clean. It is rare that the front desk staff speaks fluent English, which makes communication easy. The area is very safe.

The hotel is about 2km away from Avenida Paulista, which is considered a relatively safe area. There is a Carrefour supermarket 400 meters from the hotel, which has a wide range of products. You can buy things there if you need to bring them back to China. The facilities in the hotel are a bit old, and there is a smell when you go in. Overall cost performance is OK

The room was better than I expected for the price. It was functional and equipped with a microwave, a basic coffee machine, a fridge, and kitchen utensils. Location, breakfast and staff was really good! We had to change rooms twice because of the AC noises, third room was for disabled which also had water leaking and clogged drainages. Between checking at 14:00 and maintenance we could relax around 18:00 pm. Place needs urgent maintenance.

I recently stayed at Pergamon Hotel and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Check-in was smooth, and I was quickly settled into a spacious an clean room. The bed was comfortable enough for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with a great shower and amenities. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits, local pastries, cheeses, cold cuts...

Thanks to the hospitality of the hotel staff, from check in to day-to-day operations, they made me feel I was welcomed back the 4th time. The whole stay was pleasant, with the high floor and the view I wanted, and the house keeping was always miraculous, no mater how late I left the room. Will stay here next time I come back to Sao Paulo for sure!

We spent 6 nights here in a span of 10 days. Extremely accommodating hosts. We were able to check in early, they agreed to store our luggage after check out. Location was also perfect for our itinerary.

The room was pretty basic, with with white IKEA furniture (happily not beds though! :)) ) and as we were close to the huge Avenida Paulista we had - from the 8th floor - a Panama City the sight of the neighborhood (see added photo) We were happy with the breakfast and the breakfast dinning room. We had no time to use the pool but I do remember it was a rather tiny one.

Hotel well located and very comfortable! Need to improve service. I had a problem with my reservation and it took them a long time to resolve it. According to the hotel's standard, this type of problem should be resolved more quickly. But I will return and I recommend it!

Very clean and tidy. Even included a kitchen. The bathroom was a bit small and tight. Breakfast was average. Location was great, safe neighborhood to walk around and go places on your own.

They let me check in early, check out late, and gave me a free morning on the day of check-in, which made me feel embarrassed to say that it was not good. The sound of the microwave was louder than a tractor, but I tolerated it. But the odor in the bathroom was really unbearable.

The location of Blue Tree Towers is excellent. It’s minutes away from a large mall, close to many excellent restaurants and across the street from a large park. The service at the hotel was the best and the front desk was always willing to answer questions. I’d gladly come here again!!

This is an apartment-style suite hotel with breakfast included. There are quite a few Asian guests here, making it very suitable for families. The best part is that it has a washing machine; it would be even better if it had some laundry detergent.

When I arrived, the room assigned for me hadn't been cleaned before the last guest. The staff apologized and give me another room though.

The rooms are massive, and clean, with everything you could need, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, ac, tv, spare towels and spare blanket. The breakfast buffet although not massively equipped, fresh and very tasty. Only downside was that the key card kept stopping to work for me every time I left the hotel room.
