Hotel Pan Americano in Sao Paulo

Very very very bad WiFi. Extremely frustrating.

The staff were very some of the most friendly and helpful that I have spoken to in a hotel so I was really glad about this part. I chose this hotel instead of others that looked similar in the same area because it had a pool. It was around double the price of the similar hotels that had no pool. The pool looked absolutely filthy and it had a weird looking broken hole in the bottom of it so I didn't even go in it unfortunately because I was concerned I might get issues. The whole place was dated which is fine but the bath in the room had jets that didn't work which was annoying and there wasn't a socket near the bed for electricals such as chargin my phone. Breakfast was very basic which was ok but the 'juice' was totally not juice but just some concentrate and coffee wasn't good either. It wasn't expensive but my advice is spend less ny going somewhere without a pool.

There are bars all around, and people who like to play probably like it.
The facilities are outdated, there is no hair dryer in the room, and the Wi-Fi is very poor
Breakfast is OK, English communication is poor
