It was a 1-day stay and I expected more from the room, wallpaper was peeling off and hair was on the floor.

It's a convenient located hotel. Some rooms are old, some are renewed. TV's are new. Air conditioner sometimes is noisy. Restaurant is really good. There are great restaurants also in the neighborhood.

It was really cool, very friendly staff! The breakfast was great.

The location is on a busy avenue, so it's quite noisy. The room is large, but it feels bare. Some front desk staff can't even smile, but one young man smiled and eased the atmosphere. The breakfast is OK, the equipment is OK, and the crime prevention is good.

Suddenly, I realized my small carry-on bag, which I usually use to store my belongings, was missing. I'd even left my phone in it when I got out of the car. I was so panicked! Fortunately, I never ask for receipts, but as if by some miracle, I asked the driver for one...

While the facilities are dated, the decor is well-decorated and elegant. The room layout is also very comfortable. The only downside is the poor service. They often make excuses for things they could have done, just like state-owned enterprise hotels from the last century. The location is good, and the breakfast is plentiful.

Very clean facility, attentive staff right from the reception to the restaurant. The breakfast was amazing, pistachio cake....like what the heck (I mean in a great way) and the waiter made an amazing cup of cappuccino. Overall, a really great experience. Definitely a value for money.

Honestly, the rooms are dated… lights flicker, there are smoke smells, permanent stains on the carpet and water damage in washroom. Great location, rooms are wonderful. Order a drink from Chelo in the bar - excellent!! I give it 4 stars overall - booked 5 rooms, one had a leaking tub, one had air conditioning that didn’t work, and we were surprised by the fact that I was charged for breakfast. Had we known, there are so many places in the area for a nice breakfast at less than half the price. But no mention of a charge at check...

The price/performance ratio is not like a five-star hotel at all. The room is small and there are not many facilities. The breakfast is OK. There are Japanese miso soup and rice. The surrounding restaurants are very convenient. There is a supermarket and a Vietnamese rice noodle shop opposite. It is suitable for Chinese people to stay for a short time.

I had an appointment at the US consulate together with my family and having stayed at Novotel before was the reason to choose this hotel. Great location and excellent staff. They took care when I called to include my kids in the reservation and were supportive during my stay.

I stayed at the Novotel São Paulo Berrini for a business trip last week and found it to be a very comfortable and well-run hotel for work travel. The room and lobby areas were consistently very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job. Great hotel, great service, very chic and modern. Thoroughly enjoyed my room. Things I appreciated most: the view, the shower, the blackout curtains 😁 The bathroom shower has a floor to ceiling glass that looks into the bedroom. There's a rolling shade if you're shy. At night looking at the city lit up from the shower is dreamy. Enjoy. Staff is great as well. I'd stay here again.

It's a great hotel, but the swimming pool wasn't clean. The breakfast was good, the rooms were large, and the facilities were excellent. There were many Chinese people there. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I arrived 2 hours early and they didn’t allow me to check in unless I would pay R$400. I never had that problem before, if the room is ready why not just allow the costumer to check in? I do not appreciate the staff. Hotel was good. Room was good.

Well located and friendly staff. The rooms and common areas are in nees of maintenance, specifically the gym ans pool area. The internet connection is slow and unstable, overall a nice hotel with some areas for improvement.

Nice location, reception could have been more helpful when arranging early check in after a 12h flight. There obviously was a room available of a higher category for a couple $ extra but this was only suggested after 2h of waiting in the lobby (had also contacted in advance weeks prior). Also no room amenities available that you'd expect like toothbrushes, razors, shower caps etc.

The layout is slightly old but the location convenience makes up for it.

Nice hotel in a good location. Rooms and common areas are overall clean, and the shower has amazing water pressure. The gym is well-equipped, and the staff are friendly and responsive. On the downside, there can be long lines at the front desk, and the pool isn’t as updated as shown in the pictures—it could use some renovation.

Room was great, had a separate seating area, the shower was fantastic! Breakfast was charged separately, but very worth it! A good variety of yummy food. Unfortunately there was construction going on and I was awaken at midnight with some loud pounding noises; called the front desk and it stopped. The area is safe and walkable with several bars/restaurants around.

The property is quirky, the staff are excellent, the dining is good. There are some old-fashioned touches - washing lines in the bathroom - and in places there is a clear need for refurbishment, but it's a comfortable place to stay. And the swimming pool is excellent. I realise from other reviews that one must book a superior room in order to have bottled water and tea-making facilities in the room...

Nice hotel, good service. The app to request room service didn't work. The restaurant service at night should have more staff. I sat for 15 minutes and no one attended to me. I got up and left. The rest was fine. Comfortable rooms, perfect white. The bathroom was very nice.

The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is plentiful, the environment is nice, the area is relatively safe with security guards on duty, and the courtyard is nicely landscaped. The only drawback is that the hotel is divided into two sections, and we were not told which section to check in from before we arrived.

São Paulo has always had a bad reputation for safety, but this area is relatively safe. There are many supermarkets and restaurants downstairs from the hotel.

The apartment room has a kitchen. There are no slippers. There is no running water. There is a self-service water dispenser in the lobby on the first floor. It's relatively quiet at night.

The room facilities were very old, and the room always had that worn-out smell. Water from the shower in my room flowed out of the bathroom and then seeped through the bathroom wall into the doorway; the drainage was terrible.

The hotel's location is very convenient, just one block from the main street and close to the art museum, a 10-minute walk away. There are bus stops and a metro station within a 10-minute walk. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the breakfast is very generous. Portuguese is required at the front desk.

A reasonably priced hotel in a very central location, easy to reach with public services and Uber. The surrounding area is walkable and full of restaurants and services. The internal restaurant allows you to eat without even leaving the premises. My room provided a real working area. There is a small rooftop swimming pool, enough to relax.

I booked this hotel for a business trip. It's very close to the shopping center on Paulista Avenue and within walking distance of the subway station. The hotel facilities are up to the standard of a three-star hotel in China. The front desk service was good, but my room wasn't cleaned one day during my stay of several days. Excellent stay! Great for a weekend. Safe area too, breakfast was nice, good selection. Nice big room, bed is super comfy too. TV wasn’t to great, remote wasn’t working too well and very few of the channels worked. Tried to use the Gym and the treadmills and multi gym function wasn’t working/broken. Treadmill is actually pretty dangerous 😂 maintenance there for sure. Apart from that would stay again...
