The room was a little small but we cannot complain at all!! The beds were great. It was very clean, shower was great (loved the window in the shower). The TV channel options were plenty in Portuguese and English. My son had to take an exam for school and the internet worked great, reliable and strong. We loved the balcony and we loved the area. The breakfast was big! Plenty to choose from and the hotel...

It was a clean, spacious, and nice hotel. Security was also in place, so it was a safe and secure place to stay.
Enjoyed our stay at the Sooz Hotel, we also managed to book for a late check-out as we had an evening flight.
Hotel room is simple. Loony and breakfast were good.
Hotel is located in downtown. Easy to walk around.
It's OK, cost-effective, the room is a bit cold, the elevator is not easy to use. If the rest is around 500, it's worth the price. If you book it for 1000, you will lose money.
Room is very clean and location is good near tourist place.
Very good, the service is also very good, the breakfast sausage is delicious

Amazing hotel with great service! Was here on a work trip and the staff was very friendly and the room was great! :)
I had a great stay at Hotel Normandie in Sao Paulo. The location is excellent, right in the city center and close to metro, shops, and main attractions.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was good with a nice variety of options to start the day.
What really stood out was the staff -- very friendly...
A hotel with basic amenities, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and clean bathrooms with a pleasant shower. I stayed as a family, with a separate suite. The breakfast was extensive and varied. We had an excellent stay. We received special attention from Mr. Léo at breakfast.
Spacious double room with a large bathroom and a large, comfortable bed. The facilities are dated but functional. The reception is excellent and the breakfast is excellent. It's worth it.
Internet is really bad, especially on the tenth floor!
Cleanliness needs to improve a lot!
Breakfast at the table is a daily occurrence!
The internet was slow, but I was able to connect thanks to the corp wifi.
Wifi is important for foreign travelers, so if the website says it is available, it should be provided properly.
If it isn't, it's a scam. It's just as bad as photo fraud. So I'm writing this in Japanese so that Japanese people can understand it properly.

Our experience at L’Hotel PortoBay São Paulo was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel perfectly combines elegance, comfort, and impeccable service. The rooms are beautifully maintained, spacious, and very comfortable, with a refined European touch that makes you feel at home while still enjoying a luxury experience.

My husband and I spent one night at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. The service was amazing, the room was spotless, and the location is perfect if you need to be near Avenida Paulista.
We mistakenly thought breakfast was served until 10:30 a.m. When we arrived at 10:07 a.m., the breakfast service had already ended. We simply asked for a cup of black coffee, but Adriano kindly offered to...
A very clean, comfortable, and upscale hotel that delivers a premium experience. The rooms are generously sized, thoughtfully designed, and ideal for both relaxation and work. The breakfast buffet is truly exceptional, standing out as one of the best I’ve seen, with an impressive selection and top-tier quality.
Excellent hotel with very professional staff (particular thanks to Yan!), good facilities, nice rooms and a superb location! We arrived around 8am in the morning and chose not to pay to get early checkin, but the staff still kindly let us use the shower on the top floor and we had (paid) breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast had a good variety! I also used the small but good hotel gym. Plus there were...
Looking forward to stay in this hotel again in couple weeks. Exciting. This hotel has been one of the best experience in Sao Paulo, great location, nice staff that doesn’t judge on what you wear on your vacation, and very friendly atmosphere. Some small minus, but I take as a person bad day to that staff. Superb breakfast, and extremely comfortable bed and nice shower!!! Thank you all staff. I only...
I review a lot about Lhotel porto bay. I always stay here when Im Sao Paulo. It’s just 30 meters away to Paulista street where things are happening: mall, restaurants, bars, cultural event. The gym here is very small but I find nearby fitness center which is way better. The hotel is always convinient with great staffs.

It was my second stay in this hotel in 2025. The facility of the hotel is aging, however the hospitality of the staff totally made up for it. Throughout my stay I felt I was warmly welcomed and nicely treated, all my requests were satisfied.
I will definitely stay at the same hotel when I return to Sao Paulo in 2026
Th location is good and reception staff were friendly but the hotel is very dated and in desperate need of renovation. The breakfast also needs improvement not in variety but quality of food. Facilities like the gym are also not great. The cleaning staff came while I was in the room but rather than come back later, they said they couldn’t as they would go to other floors so just took the rubbish and...
This is a decent place to stay if you’re not expecting any frills. The bed linens and towels were a bit worn, and amenities were nearly nonexistent—just a bar of soap. On the plus side, the rooms were quite spacious. However, considering the limited comforts and lack of amenities, the price felt a bit steep for the overall experience.
It has been a true joy staying at Mercure São Paulo Paulista. The staff was cordial and absolutely very efficient and agile, which made my check-in experience even better. The accommodation was adequate and absolutely comfortable.
A well-located hotel for either business or pleasure in the centre of São Paulo. Great breakfast, friendly engaged service, super clean rooms and public areas. However, the WiFi speed and reliability could be better.

Perfect Location and great breakfast with excellent room conditions
My worst experience at a Radisson, mostly due to bad service and the room. While the lobby is modern the rest of the hotel is in bad shape: elevators that don’t work properly and rooms that have seen better days.
Service: I called for 10 minutes trying to get an iron. The only time someone answered she didn’t speak English. Other times other I got disconnected or no one picked up. After 10 minutes...
The front desk service is great, and they often greet guests in Chinese. The breakfast is also quite rich.
An optimized solution for short stays. Good location. Recommended
The hotel was under innovation. There was no alert for that from 9 AM till 5 PM. There was hard drilling around all the walls afterwards on my last day not Friday. There was no hot water from 7 AM till 9 PM.
The accommodation fee on the day was very cheap and good. It would have been even better if they had provided slippers. It was disappointing that the TV could only be viewed from one side. There were no particular problems, but if the hotel reception staff could not respond more quickly, it would have been difficult to check in when it was crowded, which may have lowered customer satisfaction.

It’s a nice hotel with good location and nice breakfast. There is a nice shopping mall near the hotel.
The hotel overall is quite good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the only drawback is that the corridors of the hotel are a bit dirty. Additionally, the view from my room window is quite average.
The room is good, although a little old, but it is safe and clean. I will stay here again next time!
The room is nice and big, but you need to prepare your own slippers, toothbrushes, etc. You need to pay for all the food in the small room. You can also pay for the food and send it to the room. The price is clearly marked and the price is reasonable. The surrounding is very safe, there are also several places to eat and supermarkets, very convenient
Breakfast is really delicious. Room is comfortable and clean. To sum up, I do liked it.
The environment is hygienic, the WiFi is good, and the breakfast is OK.

The Internet connection is terrible. So take this into consideration if this is important for your needs. Good breakfast.
The location is excellent, close to a beautiful mall and 10 min walking distance to the metro station, the breakfast was ok, the staff should be able to speak English at least, the rooms are not that clean and are pretty old. The rooms are not very sound proof.
Compared to two years ago, this hotel has been renovated, but the service has declined. Check-in took a full half hour, and I have no idea what they were doing. This is a nice property, modern, reasonably priced. But one word of warning: when you arrive for check-in, you should make sure that you are attended to by one of the nice professional female staff, or by the wonderful male employee ELI, who is so friendly and helpful - and you should AVOID a front-desk employee named Rodrigo. WHAT AN AMAZING HOTEL! I always stay in FASANO JARDINS when I travel to São Paulo. Near Shopping Jardins (with amazing restaurants!). The staff is amazing, cleaning is amazing, they always offer some kind of "gift" to the guests, breakfast is really good and both restaurants inside serve EXCELLENT FOOD.
Really liked the place - from the lobby to the rooms, all oozed understated elegance. The hotel is *tiny* with only 4 rooms on each floor, but it also means you get well looked after. Room service was top notch Italian fare. I had arrived early before check-in and they were very generous with the shower facilities in their spa. Security was tight, so not a problem there. Again, lovely little place
Positive: Comfortable hotel, great bed, wonderful breakfast, courteous service, exceptional spa and restaurant.
Negative: Old furniture, exorbitant prices at the restaurant, I went upstairs and left with my luggage - no one offered to help, tiny pool, the spa cancelled my massage perhaps because it was complimentary, small minibar.
The Fasano in Jardins is a beautiful hotel with spacious, well-appointed rooms. Just don’t expect 5-star service. The good: The hotel is in Jardins, a very beautiful, lush, fancy part of town, with excellent restaurants and high-end shopping. The hotel rooms were very spacious, clean, and quiet. Amazing location on a safe area, close to shops, restaurants, and main tourist attractions, you can walk to so many places. Overall, for the price, the property is good and it’s located close to Paulista Avenue. But it’s on a slope so you have to Paulista up and it’s hard to walk up if you’re not fit. More importantly, their rooftop terrace has no Internet connection and nobody to give you towels for the pool. Parts of the hotel are in rough shape And the renovating half of it at the moment.

My go-to in São Paulo
Very comfortable hotel with an excellent location. It is my go-to hotel when in Sao Paulo for business.
Great hotel in a very central location in São Paulo. Jardins is a neighborhood full of great restaurants and clubs, and is very close to the central Avenida Paulista and the metro stops Consolaçao (line 2) and Paulista-Pernambucana (line 4). I have stayed here many times. The room, breakfast and service are quite satisfactory. It is considered a suitable place to stay in Porto Alegre. The hotel is right next to the airport. Unfortunately, the airport drop-off service has been canceled during the reconstruction process after the airport was recently flooded.
The facilities are old but close to Paulista Avenue

Everything is great. Excellent service. Great staff. Great location. It's 10-15mins walk to the Mall and subway. There are restaurants nearby. A good gym is 20 mins away with a cheap daily rate. Strong Wifi. I extended my stay for another week and for sure I will consider the same hotel when I get back to Sao Paulo. The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable but it has the feeling of needing modernisation, the a/c in the room was a box that blew only in your face

The hotel is small but cozy. The breakfasts are excellent and delicious, and the service is top-notch. What I didn't like was that coffee in the room cost extra; usually, tea and coffee in the room are complimentary.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. There were some bugs in the room when we arrived. My wife got some skin allergies on the second day. Good but could be better
The hotel was conveniently located, but very outdated. It’s on a busy street and the windows are not well insulated, so if you want a quiet evening, it’s not ideal.
