Food in the main restaurants was lovely, lots of choice, catered well to UK palate and it was hot. Lobby bar served great cocktails, food was good and had live music in the evenings

Nice clean hotel. Good facilities. Right next to the ski lifts. Spa facilities are also nice.

The terrace restaurant was outstanding in both service and quality, including drinks, cocktails and desserts. The pool is half Olympic size, flanked by two Jacuzzis and enclosed in a beautiful still

Mixed review. Lovely staff and breakfast great. Bedroom was supposed to be a junior suite with balcony but balcony tiny. Mattress was ancient and sagged badly. Housekeeping did get us a topper. Spa was lovely and pool.

The hotel is not big, for breakfast and dinner were never too many people. Dinner is buffet style, not too much, but good variety each night, and different each night. Water in the pool is a bit cold

We had the absolute best time here last week. We had a junior sweet with large balcony. Room equipped with toiletries, dressing gown, slippers. The hotel does have old decor but that gives it a very cosy feel

All staff polite, smiling and welcoming, food amazing, ski hire below hotel. We would most definitely return to this hotel and had the best week skiing

We always enjoy the uniqueness of the place. Its location is great and the facilities are also good. We noticed an obvious uplift in food quality this year.

We had a fantastic week in Borovets staying here. Our room was big and comfortable, the hotel was quiet but we appreciated that after a day skiing and plenty of breakfast choices every morning

Quiet and peaceful at night (needed after a full day of skiing). We personally didn’t use spa or pool but heard good things about it. Gym was small but useful on bad weather days which we only had once

Overall a great hotel, would highly recommend

We mainly used the shuttle bus to get to the resort centre, but there is no queue system (saw an adult male pushing women and children out of the way in an attempt to get on the bus (on this occasion the driver had a word and he had to wait for the next one)

People storing ski/snowboard equipment at the hotel had a bit of a problem, as even if first there, by the time they had secured skis in rack at back of bus, they then couldn’t fit onto bus as everyone else had jumped in

At peak time they often had 2 shuttle buses running, so not a long wait for next one. There was always something tasty at the buffet and we ate well all week

We enjoyed a great week in Borovets as a family of 3. The Lion Hotel is approx 15-20 mins easy walk from the main Gondola

Just midway on road opposite gondola. Hotel has a lot to offer air gun range, 10 pin bowling, table tennis, massive swimming poole saunas, and parking. Ski storage at bottom of hotel

We didn't try the spa or pool but we did use the games room, you can buy tokens from the machine and there was air hockey, table football and a few arcade games. We did go to the bowling alley one night which was fun

Stayed here so many times luv the place it's like returning to a old friends place. this time 6floor lift down button not working. so usually went up b4 u come down. As regulars call lift roulette

There is lots facilities pool tables above bowling alley, though the usual table tennis was closed due to a conference FOOD breakfast more than adequate fruit cereals yoghurt pastries breads eggs boiled and scrambled and bacon was ok Dinner if half board was also adequate if not fancy but you could go out for meal in many of the local restaurants Overall a decent skiing hotel staff ok One day we...

Reception/bar area ,great to see the same people still doing what they have done for years. and also same guests that you've met in the past. Food as standard in restaurant. It like marmite, some luv it, some loathe it

Bathroom is designed as a wet room the water will drain away! Lobby Bar cheapest drinks in town Location great right near gondola and short walk to nursery slopes and 6 nan lift on rila its not ski to door but if u want that u need pay more! Swimming Pool free to guests was actually warmer than it was when we stayed years ago though you do have to pay for sauna and steam as they are a run by the Spa

At many of these hotels, it’s as if they need to check off a series of items to keep a certain listing of type of hotel, but checking off that you have an item instead of just having a few items that are more edible and taste good are not the same thing

The mountain air at night is fine but you do need a screen with mosquitos. The bathroom is sort of standard for that era of Bulgarian hotel - so it was fine but not great. It did have a bidet which is always nice

This probably wouldn’t be our first choice of a place to stay again but maybe it offers an advantage location-wise if you are skiing and there was the really good spa with the gracious gentleman running it

Low points: The rooms we booked was listed as a two-bedroom family suite. The problem was that it was one bedroom with a king size type bed and a living room with a sofa bed, not two actual bedrooms

) He offered me tea and when I declined, he brought me water. He had really amazing healing type energy and it was lovely to have met him. There is a trail that leads to the forest from the hotel

They have some neat wooden carvings of animals and a huge giant’s type table with chairs in the forest. They hold weddings around that forest area and it looks like a forest fairy-land

The apartment was very clean and spacious and had a sunny aspect. The sheets were changed halfway through the week and the towels almost every day. It was warm and comfortable and had a fake fire and local TV

The bathroom had both bath and shower and plentiful hot water. There was also plentiful loo roll and toiletries. We did not use the spa or pool but tried the in-house restaurant a couple of times

The best Hotel ever! The spa is amazing whit professionals! It’s the best Hotel whit the best bread 🥖! I think you need to go there! I have very good experience there and it’s so clean 🧽! The spa it’s the cleanest place I ever been in my intire life!

We booked a one bedroom apartment for a week and were given one in the main building. The location was excellent being a few minutes walk up the hill to the nearest piste and a few minutes down the hill to the gondola

The food was absolutely OK, nothing to rave about but good for the price. Most ski hotels have a ski room but this one did not so we had to take our skis and boots in the lift at the start and finish of each day

Good location with good facilities available. In need of an upgrade in the rooms though which spoil it. Breakfast was good value for money with quite a lot to choose from. There’s also an ATM in main reception

Amazing place. The houses are great, cozy, spacious and clean. Perfect for families and group of friends, pet friendly. The restaurant is very expensive tough so better do a BBQ :)

I adore going there. It's warm, it has everything you need, they are welcoming pets, which is awesome! Perfeft place to chill after some slops.

It is cosy and warm and great for getting together with friends or having a romantic weekend with a partner. But heating is always on max thus it is super hot inside

The Staff is a bit rude and the water is not drinkable

The restaurant staff, bar, cleaning and reception staff made our stay comfortable and pleasant

The hotel was in a great location right on the slope, very easy to ski out but to ski in you had to get the button lift before they closed at 1630 otherwise it was a walk uphill back to the hotel with skis

There was no shower curtain so the bathroom was a wet room that dried very quickly. The buffet breakfast and dinner were not so great, the hot food selections were often lukewarm warm or cold

They had lovely cold food selections, nice fresh salads/vegetables. Swimming pool and sauna was much needed and it was clean, good size and pleasant after a day on the slopes

FACILITIES - We used the spa/pool area which was clean, adequate and very useful after a morning's worth of skiing. We even paid for massages which were of an excellent standard

A modern hotel with a great location. Great breakfast and dinner buffet. There is free wifi in the hotel. There is a warm indoor pool and a kids club with lots of entertainment for kids across all ages

This is our 7th visit to Borovets We booked here instead of the Rila as it’s newly refurbished and just behind the Rila, you can cut through the back of the Rila for ski hire and slope access It’s a lovely cosy Alpine style hotel, much more relaxed and personal and the room was modern and large

We stayed in one of the villas, and it was perfect for a family trip—spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better

Everything was explained, and a complete understanding that we had never been skiing, so even the smallest details would be essential for a smooth and successful trip

The hotel has just been refurbished to a very high standard, I've never stayed in such a lovely hotel. The bedrooms were beautiful, comfortable beds and furnishings, hot showers, TV and fast WiFi

We sadly didn’t stay at the Hotel Ela this time but will when we next visit. Everything about the ski hire, lockers, staff and facilities was perfect

Before arriving the communication with the hotel team was excellent and they accommodated our request to have the 2 rooms we booked together which we really appreciated, we also found the rooms perfect for our needs

The building in not new but everything around and inside has been fully and very elegantly renovated. The rooms have been completely refurbished and are now very cosy, comfortable and well-equipped

A very nice and recent spa section is available : there is a pool, a sauna, and a pleasant outside place to relax

Staff were really friendly and understood and spoke English. Rooms were made up every day including all fresh towels. Lots of bench seats outside with waitress service so you could sit and watch the skiing

Cons Tea/Coffee in Room is chargeable. Baked Beans at Breakfast cold as not kept heated. There is a short steep slope to get from the ski slope to the outside seating area which is very slippery have added a photo

The hotel is neat and clean, the food in the restaurant is cheap and delicious, and the location is simply perfect if you want to be in the center of Borovets and basically ON the ski slopes

Only had the Breakfast option which was reasonable. Ski Equipment hire was joined on to the side of the hotel with a very helpful man running it and sorted you out with what we needed

Location is more then excellent, exactly on the slopes, one step and you can rent a ski, watching the mountains and having your coffee, beer, wine and selection of tasty food

The rooms are stunning, clean, 5 star everything you need and the beds are very comfortable, after your ski day or a night is Spa treatments just what you need

Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh food. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant, perfect for rest. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again

Radinas way is a good and quiet place. Clean and well furnished rooms with all you need. Good breakfast and really good chef in the restaurant which cook high quality meals. Me and wife enjoying our stay there

The hotel itself has: Equipment room (not heated) Spa - which was really great, 2 saunas, steam room, heated loungers, kids pool, "adult" pool, and jacuzzi, which is basically one end of the kids pool

The buffet breakfast and dinner were included in our stay and had a wide range on offer. There's a ski room for boots and ski's. The spa has 2 small swimming pools, 2 sauna's and a steam room, open from 10am-8pm

I stayed here for 6 nights in begin March. A great hotel, clean rooms, spa area with swimming pool and sauna, free shuttle service to the slopes

Good size with a comfy double bed and two proper single beds for the kids in a separate room. Bathroom look to have just been refurbished and really nice. Room was cleaned every day with new towels

I can't rate which was the best, but the highlights that made us happy with choosing this hotel /at random/ are: - the excellent, kind, cordial and respectful service and attitude of the restaurant, cuisine, reception, reception and accommodation, and in general, all the people with whom we met and communicated in the preparation and conduct of the event

- cuisine - at the highest level - delicious, with beautiful serving and good portions; - interior - suitable for a boutique hotel; - External parts - in excellent condition and great for photos; - Parking - although the number of places on it is limited, the owners have done everything necessary to fit the cars of all guests

Their restaurants has great local food and catering for all, with lovely food and reasonable prices. I would love to go back as we had a fantastic time. Saff were great and Hotel Porter couldn't been more helpful

Service is great and heartwarming - really nice people, they guide you and introduce you to everything in the city. For breakfast they offer all kinds of meals. You can even order something costum

I can only share my opinion about the restaurant as I have not been staying at the hotel itself. I really enjoyed the salads as they were chopped into small pieces which made a huge difference

Honestly could not fault it! I was so shocked to see the last two reviews, very negative, seems there are some people you just can’t please! There are two pools, one is adults only which is perfect for me and my husband

We truly had an amazing time with our three children! The playroom was fantastic and kept the kids happy, while the two swimming pools offered great relaxation for the whole family

Fresh towels are provided & there is access to steam and sauna too. Rooms are big with very comfortable beds, I slept really well. It is buffet so can be warm rather than hot

You can have different breads, eggs, hashbrowns, sausages, bacon. They do pancakes and pastries with lots of different toppings. They also have yogurt, cereal and fruit too. Two coffee machines & juice machines too

What really made the difference, though, was the friendly and welcoming staff, always willing to help with a smile. This was not our first visit to Euphoria Club Hotel & Resort, and it certainly won’t be our last

The restaurant exceeded our expectations with excellent food, and the spa was a perfect place to unwind. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable

The water seemed to come out yellow! It cost almost 30 euros for me and my son to go swimming in the pool which was cold! There was close to no vegan options in the restaurant

Flora Apartments were very clean overall. The sheets were changed every day, the heating worked perfectly, and both the bathroom and the entire apartment were spotless. Everything felt well maintained and comfortable

Our room was clean and warm, very important after a day at the slopes. Warm water was a little unstable. Buffet for breakfast was ok, but for dinner there is room for improvement. Personel was always polite and helpful

The only downside was the Wi-Fi. It cost 3€ per day, and even after paying for one day, the connection was extremely slow, around 2 Mbps, and not really usable

Everything is great! The service is fast and reliable,the location is right next to the skiing lane so it’s not hard to go there!

Aside from the Wi-Fi issue, the stay was pleasant and comfortable
