Iglika Palace Hotel in Borovets

I loved the room. Almost everything in it looks new and well maintained.
The lid of the trash can was ditached and fell off everytime I opened it. I kept removing it and the cleaning staff put it back.
The cleaning staff replaced my towels every day for a week although I didn't put them on the floor. I appreciate it but I'm perfectly content with replacing them every few days.
The bathroom's design is flawed, the water from the shower flows all over the bathroom floor to the toilet. There is no room to stand when you are washing your face of brushing your teeth.
The public places in the hotel are cozy and nice.
There is a smoking problem in the hotel. They put a smoking area on both sides of the hotel enterance and when the door is open, the smoke gets inside.
The corridors often smelled of smoke.
One day the entire lobby and restaurant were stinking of smoke, they actually let people smoke inside the hotel.
The staff acts like an army. They are very strict and every request is met first with an unsatisfied look and then sometimes they comply and sometimes they don't.
The food is very good and diverse. The fruits and vegetables taste like the real thing.
The area of the hotel is just magical, nature all around, and quiet, there are no insects and hardly any animals, you barely hear a bird sing.
There are inside and outside pools, 3 saunas, but no jacuzzi.
