When I first arrived I was really disappointed because the place was unclean in places and had dirty mats. The decor was very outdated. The pillow had big holes and tears in it. I felt quite sad and regretted not spending more on a nice hotel. The water seemed to come out yellow! It cost almost 30 euros for me and my son to go swimming in the pool which was cold! There was close to no vegan options in the restaurant. The people next door was extremely noisy and partying to the small hours. However the location is really good and there was 2 young ladies in reception that were so lovely and helpful. Therefore I have mixed feelings about this place.

Flora Apartments were very clean overall. The sheets were changed every day, the heating worked perfectly, and both the bathroom and the entire apartment were spotless. Everything felt well maintained and comfortable. The only downside was the Wi-Fi. It cost 3€ per day, and even after paying for one day, the connection was extremely slow, around 2 Mbps, and not really usable. Aside from the Wi-Fi issue, the stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Everything is great! The service is fast and reliable,the location is right next to the skiing lane so it’s not hard to go there!

We stayed in the Flora daisy for two nights. The room was spacious and clean and was cleaned every day. There's a small kitchen to use and a bathroom with everything you'll need.
The service was pleasant and helpful, we even checked in earlier then regular time.

We stayed in the Apartments 411 ( Bachelor) 412 (4 sleeper) of the Flora hotel.
They were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely book them again on Booking.com.

We stayed here as we hiked Peak Musala over the weekend. Great location to do so.

The area (like neighborhood) is under construction so it was a bit difficult to find it and even if we were lucky to park the car in a good place, others seemed to struggle finding a proper space to do so.

They are renting apartments within a hotel, so we first had to call them (couldn’t reach them) until we find out that the people from the hotel next to it have the keys. We were not able to use the pool and the sauna because it is only the apartments and no services.

+ Location was convenient
- Dated, worn out, not well cleaned, not to the standard of the 21st century or appropriate for the price! Hotel rooms cost around the same but offer services and facilities while here you don’t get anything! There were visible parts of the floor that were not cleaned, the sofa felt very old and unhygienic and the bathroom and kitchenette were so dated that I felt uncomfortable touching the surfaces Non-existing!! No reception, wrong phone number listed on the booking confirmation. We were even refused luggage storage and had to leave our computers in the car at -20C degrees for hours, which was absurd
