Great week skiing as a couple in our early 20s. We chose this hotel as we had stayed in Bansko Hotel Lion and loved it so wanted to try here. Large and warm room on top floor. Travelled start of February for ski trip with my boyfriend. The mini bus transport to Borovets ski resort was amazing, it came very regularly and we have no complaints with that- it was amazing. Basic facilities but ideal for a cheap ski break with family or friends. Very close to the piste (nothing is far from anything in Borovets). There were quite a few large groups staying but noise never seemed to be an issue. Considering you don't spend much time in the hotel when you're here to ski/board, it's ideal and would recommend for budget skiers.

Ideally placed next to the slopes in the forest to stop of a drink or lunch but really spoilt by loud music blasting out - why do these places do it. I am sure that the music is not for the customers - more likely the staff. Winter holidays with children. Only negative. Lots of people, and zero adjustments. The sauna is open until 9 o'clock and of course after skiing it is packed, and after dinner it is closed. A modern hotel with a great location. Cozy and warm rooms. Great breakfast and dinner buffet. There is free wifi in the hotel. In general service was OK but one thing anoyed us very much when paying the final bill. We were charged around 44 euro for 24 nespresso capsules. We assumed they were for free as a service, like in all other hotels we stayed. Very disappointing.

I stayed in this hotel, which is just outside of town (25m walk). It has a free shuttle in the morning/afternoons running roughly every half hour. We had a fantastic stay for our family skiing holiday at the Alpin Hotel and Lodges. We stopped in Lodge number 4. Nice, clean and cosy with ski and boot storage area. Good size with a comfy double bed and two proper single beds for the kids in a separate room. Bathroom look to have just been refurbished and really nice. Room was cleaned every day with new towels. Location is amazing - slopes are a few houndred meters away. Villas are with comfortable space and cozy holiday-environment. Great heating. Service is great and heartwarming - really nice people, they guide you and introduce you to everything in the city. For breakfast they offer all kinds of meals. You can even order something costum. Overall positive experience, I am satisfied a lot.

I can only share my opinion about the restaurant as I have not been staying at the hotel itself. The food is amazing. I really enjoyed the salads as they were chopped into small pieces which made a huge difference. The mulled wine is another thing I highly recommend. When I first arrived I was really disappointed because the place was unclean in places and had dirty mats. The decor was very outdated. The pillow had big holes and tears in it. I felt quite sad and regretted not spending more on a nice hotel. The water seemed to come out yellow! It cost almost 30 euros for me and my son to go swimming in the pool which was cold! There was close to no vegan options...

Flora Apartments were very clean overall. The sheets were changed every day, the heating worked perfectly, and both the bathroom and the entire apartment were spotless. Everything felt well maintained and comfortable. The only downside was the Wi-Fi. It cost 3€ per day, and even after paying for one day, the connection was extremely slow, around 2 Mbps, and not really usable. Aside from the Wi-Fi issue...

We stayed in the Flora daisy for two nights. The room was spacious and clean and was cleaned every day. There's a small kitchen to use and a bathroom with everything you'll need. The service was pleasant and helpful, we even checked in earlier then regular time.

We stayed in the Apartments 411 ( Bachelor) 412 (4 sleeper) of the Flora hotel. They were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely book them again on Booking.com.

We stayed here as we hiked Peak Musala over the weekend. Great location to do so. The area (like neighborhood) is under construction so it was a bit difficult to find it and even if we were lucky to park the car in a good place, others seemed to struggle finding a proper space to do so.
