Alua Helios Bay - All Inclusive in Obzor

Great hotel, food was very Good. People at the bar so Nice and great. Make Very good shots and cocktail. Animation team so great and the shows the give i loved it. Enough place to sit and relax.

Pro: The food was sufficient (except in one day, when you had to wait for things to be available). The food was various and mixed, you would always find something that you'd like. There were some foods, dishes that were always cooked, but that is understandable.
Excellent activities for kids, and a 10+ for the people who were doing them with the kids.
Clean water in the pools and you had towels for the pool side from the hotel, and you could change them each day
You can get bottles of still water each day from the reception.
We had each night a show while the open bar for drinks was opened.

Bad: The room was not vacuumed at all while we stayed for 5 nights. I would have expected that to be mandatory for a 4 star hotel, or at least every 2 days. Bed sheets, only 1 change during our stay !
The water in the outside pools is very cold, not comfortable at all. Let us say grown people can take the coldness in the big one, but in the one for the children....why so cold ?!

Family-friendly hotel with great food, service and rooms. A short walk to the town of Obzor. Parking can be difficult in the area but the hotel has arranged a nearby parking facility, so it was not a problem.
We will come back.

A great hotel with a full range of amenities for guests. Rooms clean and spacious, overlooking the sea. The service was very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel close to the center of the town and right on the beach. Delicious and fresh food, prepared daily from fresh ingredients.

The food was excellent!!! The room was nice, lovely balcony❤❤, the furniture should be a little updated. The sheets should be changed more often. As a guest of the hotel it didn't seem ok to pay for the parking and as well for the safe in the room. Despite all this, the personnel was kind and respectful, the beach is very close and the pools are clean. The water in the pool for the kids was very cold but you have another option inside with warm water. The sea is an 8/10 because it's deep at the beginning and then it's nice. The entertainment program was a 10/10! We will come back.
