Large Pool is similar but children’s pool not so early. Animation team are brilliant but programme repeats each week. Restaurant is fantastic with Gala night on Saturday and Bulgarian and Italian were good

Our family had an amazing seaside getaway at this hotel! The location right by the shore was absolutely perfect, and the pools were beautiful and very well maintained

Whippy cones and also lollies and proper ice creams all included Nice variety of alcoholic and mocktails (photo attached) Hotel Clean, regularly saw loads of cleaners and grounds people tending to it and the pools

The kids’ activities were fantastic—our child had so much fun and was entertained from morning to evening. A perfect combination of relaxation and fun for the whole family

Sunbeds - Beach - everyone reserves early, for front row people put towels out the night before. I got up around 6am for sunrise and you will be 3rd row back by then. I wouldn’t leave it after 8am

Reception - room safe - daily rate or cheaper weekly rate, if 10 days buy 2 weeks. Blue Towels for beach and pool - change daily at pool and hand back to reception at check out - fee if lose them

The food at the buffet and all three restaurants was outstanding with a shout out going to the Italian. The hotel is great for accessibility and kept well. Fantastic cleanliness in the room, beach and pool areas

To the amazing Bar staff led by Ivan. It was a joy to see the skill and service provided daily by Hristo, Jason, Vasil, Artyom and Lsyusha to name a few

I had to finish with my wow experience of the beach party, with its music, fire entertainment and fireworks which made our holiday

The positives are the fairly clean pools and easy beach access. However, even at the pool, although there are rules, tourists don’t respect them, and I didn’t see any staff enforcing them

It right on the beach, food is ok, nothing much to do in the area. Paid parking outside 10 Leva, inside complex more. They have free sunbeds at the many pools which you can take to the beach. It is nice for relaxing.

Perfect place for families with kids. Many pools, large gold sand beaches, not crowded, nice and quiet people. All the time in the world to rest and gain strenght.

Lovely apartment, fab views,staff nice, our kettle broke and was replaced straight away ,all pools and restaurants good , only downfall was pots and pans, cutlery were not clean had to wash them before we could use them but not really an issue for us

Doesn't look like a four star hotel, but still a nice and affordable place to spend summer vacation. Great location, five big pool areas, offers all inclusive

Beautiful hotel, room was lovely and spacious, cleaned every day if needed, Beautiful location, the pools are amazing, no towel wars with the beds as no one saved beds which was great, 3 large pools with each building with a children's pool

The staff is friendly but stiff. The surroundings need more care as well, especially the lake and the path that leads to the sea. The swimming pools have very cold water, not suitable for small kids even on hot days

And the staff how amazing are you all, restaurant spotless with cleaners going around constantly cleaning, waiting staff constantly cleaning away all the food plates, bar staff and chefs work very long hours and are so friendly and still keep smiling

Entertainment was great and iren the entertainment lad was just amazing and friendly getting everyone involved in all the activities during the day. Had a fabulous holiday highly recommend to anyone

The food was lovely and catered for everyone with the chefs on hand cooking fresh food all the time. You have a pastry bar also where desserts are offered and biscuits through the day

The shop is expensive in hotel walk 30 mins to town easy walk lots of shops and chemist pool is cold but weather was warm sun bathed alot we went in September if you go to the beach the inclusive fizzy drinks are free not alcohol

We arrived at night no one was on reception to greet us we wait half hour and was finally greeted, check in took longer than expected and the guy forgot to give us wrist bands we walked past a woman asked her she said you get them at check in, we had to go back and remind him, paid for a sea view but our first night we were given one of just grass at the back of the building which was rubbish we went...

Amazing place to go with the family, entertainment team was great and friendly. Food was delicious with a lot of variety. Very close to beach with only a two minute walk as well as having a nice big swimming pool

We had a very pleasant experience. Best parts: the large room with walk in shower and balcony, the pool, the slides, the beach so close to the hotel, the animators, the breakfast, the desserts, the fruits

Lovely hotel, plenty for kids to do including a park, an indoor play area, kids club, water slides and pools. Also a mini park on the beach too

All inclusive was great excellent food and drink all staff were brilliant. Only faults were no comfortable seating in entertainment room sunbeds were quite uncomfortable and too low for us oldies but plenty of them

Room twin beds very large room, plenty of storage and a large balcony with table and chairs. I had a really good relaxing mud and foam full body massage at the hotel close by booked by Reception

A traveller on my own, all staff have been friendly and helpful and checked on me when I needed a little help with something. All in all a good experience and feel I chose well for the inclusive price

The hotel is not far from beach. The foods are ok but not much options, after 3 days you get tired to see the same every day. Very fast reception check in. Almost a few seconds.

As a plus - the rooms and apartments are relatively good, cleaning is every day, but they need repair and refreshment

People in swimsuits are allowed for food despite the ban, snacks are biscuits or a slice of pizza if you get hurt

The rooms are spacious and bright, the swimming pools are clean and beautiful

The service is very good and the quality of food in the restaurant is high. There are no sunbeds on the beach, so you have to organize it by yourself which is not a problem, because the beach is big enough

Good location in a secluded part of Obzor, not overcrowded. The hotel itself needs an upgrade while the pool and outside area is very nice the rooms are not. Very basic rooms with cheap material

It is nice that is closed to the beach and the view & room were ok. The swimming pool is very small and the resort location is far from the town (10 minutes by car)

Very good restaurant and hotel in a beautiful countryside. The beach is right under the hotel, but you have to walk through a forest for a 200-300 meters

Food served at the restaurant is rather fine and varied. After checking out we had also been able to enjoy lunch before we departed, which was nice. Rooms are rather new, cleaned daily and towels are changed every day

I liked the stay at Paraiso hotel. The sunbeds and umbrellas were included, the beach was also just across the pavement and the location was just great - not far from the city centre, yet not too busy

It was very nice that, upon arrival after a long trip, when dinner time was over, a specially prepared set was waiting for us: sandwiches, fruit, snacks and water in the room

Clean water in the pools and you had towels for the pool side from the hotel, and you could change them each day You can get bottles of still water each day from the reception

I would have expected that to be mandatory for a 4 star hotel, or at least every 2 days. Bed sheets, only 1 change during our stay ! The water in the outside pools is very cold, not comfortable at all

As a guest of the hotel it didn't seem ok to pay for the parking and as well for the safe in the room. Despite all this, the personnel was kind and respectful, the beach is very close and the pools are clean

The water in the pool for the kids was very cold but you have another option inside with warm water. The sea is an 8/10 because it's deep at the beginning and then it's nice

Family-friendly hotel with great food, service and rooms. A short walk to the town of Obzor. Parking can be difficult in the area but the hotel has arranged a nearby parking facility, so it was not a problem

It's right next to the sea and offers lots of family friendly options, eg playgrounds etc. Most places speak Russian and German for tourists on top of English and Bulgarian. Lively place, ideal for family vacations

Just take a top floor (4th&5th fl) room with seaside view and a light drink(s) in evening with your desired 2nd and.. take a moment to relax. Its worth your while whatever make you are.

The city center itself is small: there is a square with a fountain and a park with a central stage, playgrounds, a park with free exercise machines, a fountain and a local amphitheater

Obzor, very cute, cozy, romantic town. Here you will not find many noisy discos, although nightclubs are also available. The review is very suitable for families with young children

Clean sea, gently sloping entrance, pleasant bottom. The review is considered the festival capital of Bulgaria. There are many different contests annually

Breakfast was of a four star hotel - very tasty and diversified. Location is very good, a few minutes to the Central Beach and main street in Obzor. The owner is very efficient and helpful

Friendly staff - quick to help with any request. Has its own parking 6 lev / day. Close to the sea, room soundproofing is good. Pets are allowed, our dog was made good from the heart, he is also happy :)

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Location is very good because the area is calm and the distance to beach is not too much. The room was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast delicious

There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand if you have come from the sea and immediately go to the pool. It is located in a quiet location and is quite well priced

The hotel is right on the huge sandy beach. A lot of umbrellas and sunbeds. A real AI hotel with something for everybody. All kinds of meat: fish, pork, lamb, beef, poultry. Special kids food for all kids ages

Managers among them, actually helping when the place is crowded. I have to mention Hristina Diakova, the best restaurant supervisor I ever met
