The kids’ activities were fantastic—our child had so much fun and was entertained from morning to evening. A perfect combination of relaxation and fun for the whole family

Large Pool is similar but children’s pool not so early. Animation team are brilliant but programme repeats each week. Restaurant is fantastic with Gala night on Saturday and Bulgarian and Italian were good

Beach - beach has shifting sand and currents and can be choppy, lifeguards very good, stop people swimming out too far and stop anyone swimming on occasion. Generally ok if winds below 10-15km/hr

The food was excellent with plenty of fresh, tasty options every day. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the amenities made our stay extra comfortable

The food at the buffet and all three restaurants was outstanding with a shout out going to the Italian. The hotel is great for accessibility and kept well. Fantastic cleanliness in the room, beach and pool areas

To the amazing Bar staff led by Ivan. It was a joy to see the skill and service provided daily by Hristo, Jason, Vasil, Artyom and Lsyusha to name a few

I had to finish with my wow experience of the beach party, with its music, fire entertainment and fireworks which made our holiday

We arrived at night no one was on reception to greet us we wait half hour and was finally greeted, check in took longer than expected and the guy forgot to give us wrist bands we walked past a woman asked her she said you get them at check in, we had to go back and remind him, paid for a sea view but our first night we were given one of just grass at the back of the building which was rubbish we went...

Can’t go wrong with this hotel first time doing all inclusive and lived up to the expectations!! Room and service top tier lots of lovely people in the bar and the reception

The shop is expensive in hotel walk 30 mins to town easy walk lots of shops and chemist pool is cold but weather was warm sun bathed alot we went in September if you go to the beach the inclusive fizzy drinks are free not alcohol

The hotel is amazing! It looks so good! The Animation is one of the best. The animators were so nice and they were smiling everywhere! Every time when they saw my family they say “hello” or just talk with us

All inclusive was great excellent food and drink all staff were brilliant. Only faults were no comfortable seating in entertainment room sunbeds were quite uncomfortable and too low for us oldies but plenty of them

A traveller on my own, all staff have been friendly and helpful and checked on me when I needed a little help with something. All in all a good experience and feel I chose well for the inclusive price

Room twin beds very large room, plenty of storage and a large balcony with table and chairs. I had a really good relaxing mud and foam full body massage at the hotel close by booked by Reception

Children making sandcastles and friends playing in the waves. Swimming Pool with loungers and a pool bar. Room provided all I needed and cleaned regularly. Bathrooms may need a bit updating with hardware and fixtures

A lovely friendly staffed hotel. Snack bar is great for the kids. The food is full of variety every night. Everything is extremely clean. The hotel never sleeps but we slept so well in the beds and it was so quiet

The service is very good and the quality of food in the restaurant is high. There are no sunbeds on the beach, so you have to organize it by yourself which is not a problem, because the beach is big enough

Good location in a secluded part of Obzor, not overcrowded. The hotel itself needs an upgrade while the pool and outside area is very nice the rooms are not. Very basic rooms with cheap material

U can t get bored, there are a lot of activities organised by some animators, Nikita, Veronika and Andrei, who were greatfull to socialize with tourists, always ready to entertain everybody Best location, really quiet and relaxing experience, everything u need in one place

The food selection was limited but tasty. The local olives and cheeses were absolutely excellent. Overall, a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay, especially for nature lovers and those looking for a relaxing break

Lovely apartment, fab views,staff nice, our kettle broke and was replaced straight away ,all pools and restaurants good , only downfall was pots and pans, cutlery were not clean had to wash them before we could use them but not really an issue for us

The buildings themselves could use some renovation, as they feel a bit dated, but the overall atmosphere makes up for it. The location is stunning, with the Black Sea on one side and beautiful mountains on the other

They tried to argue it but after We spoke with the agency they gave us a New room (after they said they don’t have any more rooms). They need to work on them and update them. The cleaning could be done a bit better

And the staff how amazing are you all, restaurant spotless with cleaners going around constantly cleaning, waiting staff constantly cleaning away all the food plates, bar staff and chefs work very long hours and are so friendly and still keep smiling

Beautiful hotel, room was lovely and spacious, cleaned every day if needed, Beautiful location, the pools are amazing, no towel wars with the beds as no one saved beds which was great, 3 large pools with each building with a children's pool

Great place to go with the kids. Good food, clean rooms, nice beach. If you invest more in the road that leads to the hotel would be great. The staff was amazing, they even prepare us sandwiches for the road

It's a modest hotel but a great value for money: - the beach is not crowded, you get sunbeds and umbrella. Also, this is their private beach and it's 100meters from the hotel -the food is good but not great

The best thing is that the hotel is very close to the beach. However you might not fall for the beach, because it's quite narrow and as per my opinion it's not the best place for kids - water goes deep really fast

We were in one-bedroom apartment and both - the living room and bedroom were bright and spacious. The best I could say is that the food was ok. Nothing fancy and quite the same every day, but tastes ok

My only issues were the constant cigarette smell from ventilation (probably some other guest was smoking inside, so it's not really the hotel's fault) and the attitude of the restaurant manager

It was very nice that, upon arrival after a long trip, when dinner time was over, a specially prepared set was waiting for us: sandwiches, fruit, snacks and water in the room

He was rude and made us feel rather unwelcome. On the contrary, I need to say that young waiters were really helpful and doing their job wholeheartedly

The receptionists are very kind and arranged us transfer to the airport for a fair price

My room also had poor WiFi signal, but it works in common areas well

Nice rooms, nice music at the bar, friendly personal. You can hear the sea from the window. No kitchen in the apartments.
