Hotels All-inclusive in Obzor

It was very full in August (as you would expect) so meals times were a bit of a crush, however they offered us 2 meals in separate restaurants as part of the package and you can snack at lunchtime in one of their smaller venues

Room was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Comfy beds Balcony was a godsend for drying out swimming stuff over night. Restaurants serving a wide range of foods

Sol Luna bay resort provided us with an amazing holiday and we would definitely recommend!! Where to start with this review?. couldn't fault it from start to finish. Reception staff were always welcoming and cheerful

salads, cold meats, cheeses, various cooked meats, vegetables, soup, many different fruits, breads, cereals, chips, pizza, desserts and more I'm bound to have forgotten. All cooked fresh and tasting delicious

The kids’ activities were fantastic—our child had so much fun and was entertained from morning to evening. A perfect combination of relaxation and fun for the whole family

The beach has great sand and staff were very friendly. So overall a good place to go for families

The food at the buffet and all three restaurants was outstanding with a shout out going to the Italian. The hotel is great for accessibility and kept well. Fantastic cleanliness in the room, beach and pool areas

The Italian restaurant was the biggest disappointment – the food was not just bad, it was extremely poorly cooked (I ordered a risotto for my child, and what arrived was raw rice mixed with some kind of broccoli mush – awful taste; I also ordered some meat that was impossible to chew)

To the amazing Bar staff led by Ivan. It was a joy to see the skill and service provided daily by Hristo, Jason, Vasil, Artyom and Lsyusha to name a few

I had to finish with my wow experience of the beach party, with its music, fire entertainment and fireworks which made our holiday

No cleaning until 3 PM for 3 days in a row despite complaints to maids and reception! Food is great choice but sometimes undercooked or overcooked meat! We stayed here last year as well, had no issues, this year cleaning is really poor (not even a change of shower gel for 3 days in a row) and food needs some more attention

The hotel is one of the very good hotels in Obzor, directly on the beach. It has a number of swimming pools including such for young children. The chaise-longues and umbrellas are included in the package

The shop is expensive in hotel walk 30 mins to town easy walk lots of shops and chemist pool is cold but weather was warm sun bathed alot we went in September if you go to the beach the inclusive fizzy drinks are free not alcohol

The location is perfect, you have the sea view and a mountain on the the other side, the atmosphere is so perfect in here :D Starting from the staff, they are unbelievable nice and friendly, not to mention the food! We arrived at night no one was on reception to greet us we wait half hour and was finally greeted, check in took longer than expected and the guy forgot to give us wrist bands we walked past a woman asked her she said you get them at check in, we had to go back and remind him, paid for a sea view but our first night we were given one of just grass at the back of the building which was rubbish we went...

But don't get hot drinks at the lobby they are bad get them at the restaurant ground floor back of the room self serve machine do tea coffe mocha hot chocolate etc

Not all staff understand English so sometimes when you order a drink the staff will ring another staff member to come over and make the drinks, and also you don't always get what you order (even when choosing something from menu list)

the beach bar and bar at entertainment stage only serve soft drinks, however pool bar and lobby bar serve alcohol all day

All inclusive was great excellent food and drink all staff were brilliant. Only faults were no comfortable seating in entertainment room sunbeds were quite uncomfortable and too low for us oldies but plenty of them

The lights went up after the entertainment which usually only lasted 30 minutes, they could do with having speakers on the restaurant terrace to play some music outside rather than inside

Lovely late summer break we knew it would be end of season and things would be closing but weather was great

A traveller on my own, all staff have been friendly and helpful and checked on me when I needed a little help with something. All in all a good experience and feel I chose well for the inclusive price

Children making sandcastles and friends playing in the waves. Swimming Pool with loungers and a pool bar. Room provided all I needed and cleaned regularly. Bathrooms may need a bit updating with hardware and fixtures

Room twin beds very large room, plenty of storage and a large balcony with table and chairs. I had a really good relaxing mud and foam full body massage at the hotel close by booked by Reception

Great place for vacation. Greetful personnel and good food. The drinks are also ok.

Huge competition and struggle for sunbeds, parking lots and tables in the restaurant, leading to ugly views and a demonstration of animal instincts

On the beach, your umbrellas and sun loungers are free! unlike other hotels, towels for the beach (issued on bail) are in good condition, not washed out and even soft, the beach is excellent sandy, like the bottom of the sea and not deep

Very good hotel, the food is excellent and varied every day a new menu. The staff is very attentive and polite, they respond to any requests instantly. The pool bar has a great variety of mixed cocktails

Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden jeden tag von den Arbeitskräften gereinigt es gibt all you can eat and drink das essen lecker und es gibt eine große auswahl dazu gibt es noch eine große auswahl an getränken es ist schade das es im zimmer keinen safe gibt

The hotel is not far from beach. The foods are ok but not much options, after 3 days you get tired to see the same every day. Very fast reception check in. Almost a few seconds.

We had each night a show while the open bar for drinks was opened. Bad: The room was not vacuumed at all while we stayed for 5 nights

Family-friendly hotel with great food, service and rooms. A short walk to the town of Obzor. Parking can be difficult in the area but the hotel has arranged a nearby parking facility, so it was not a problem

I would have expected that to be mandatory for a 4 star hotel, or at least every 2 days. Bed sheets, only 1 change during our stay ! The water in the outside pools is very cold, not comfortable at all

Great hotel, food was very Good. People at the bar so Nice and great. Make Very good shots and cocktail. Animation team so great and the shows the give i loved it. Enough place to sit and relax.

Pro: The food was sufficient (except in one day, when you had to wait for things to be available). The food was various and mixed, you would always find something that you'd like

Clean water in the pools and you had towels for the pool side from the hotel, and you could change them each day You can get bottles of still water each day from the reception

A lot of swimming pools for kids and adults. An indoor swimming pool, large enough. Excellent wine and liquors, including world known brand names. A huge dining room, a lot of well trained and well supervised staff

Managers among them, actually helping when the place is crowded. I have to mention Hristina Diakova, the best restaurant supervisor I ever met

The hotel is right on the huge sandy beach. A lot of umbrellas and sunbeds. A real AI hotel with something for everybody. All kinds of meat: fish, pork, lamb, beef, poultry. Special kids food for all kids ages

They tried to argue it but after We spoke with the agency they gave us a New room (after they said they don’t have any more rooms). They need to work on them and update them. The cleaning could be done a bit better

And the staff how amazing are you all, restaurant spotless with cleaners going around constantly cleaning, waiting staff constantly cleaning away all the food plates, bar staff and chefs work very long hours and are so friendly and still keep smiling

Beautiful hotel, room was lovely and spacious, cleaned every day if needed, Beautiful location, the pools are amazing, no towel wars with the beds as no one saved beds which was great, 3 large pools with each building with a children's pool

Entertainment was great and iren the entertainment lad was just amazing and friendly getting everyone involved in all the activities during the day. Had a fabulous holiday highly recommend to anyone

A lovely, very quiet family resort with fabulous food! The clients are mostly Bulgarian, Rumanian, Polish so the food reflects this, which for us was fabulous! Very few British tourists here - far more at Sunny Beach, about 45 mins away

Aurelia from the entertainment team is a big bonus for all the romanian people which are coming here, especially for many times Also Dj Veso is the best, last year I remember him from darts

We loved the variety of pools — several heated outdoor ones and a lovely indoor pool — perfect for families with little kids

We especially want to thank Ani and Ivi, who were always kind and inclusive, and even spoke a bit of Romanian, which our daughter loved! Evenings were full of energy and entertainment, with talented performers and a great atmosphere

The food was another highlight: so much diversity across the restaurants, and our happy place quickly became the snack bar at lunchtime

The only area where I feel there’s room for improvement is in the restaurant

Good hotel near the beach, it has private beach with free umbrellas. Also pets are allowed, this was one of our main criteria. Good variety of food of the all inclusive

I liked the stay at Paraiso hotel. The sunbeds and umbrellas were included, the beach was also just across the pavement and the location was just great - not far from the city centre, yet not too busy

Food served at the restaurant is rather fine and varied. After checking out we had also been able to enjoy lunch before we departed, which was nice. Rooms are rather new, cleaned daily and towels are changed every day

It was very nice that, upon arrival after a long trip, when dinner time was over, a specially prepared set was waiting for us: sandwiches, fruit, snacks and water in the room
