HVD Club Hotel Miramar - Ultra All Inclusive in Obzor

What a wonderful experience. I can't thank this hotel enough for helping me celebrate my 40th birthday with my beautiful son. From the Entertainment team with Diana's amazing language skills, Iliyana's, Svetlana's, Svetlin's, Deni's and Andy's passion to make my son have the best memories with their playful skills in the day and dance skills at night. To the amazing Bar staff led by Ivan. It was a joy to see the skill and service provided daily by Hristo, Jason, Vasil, Artyom and Lsyusha to name a few. Everyone was so friendly. The food at the buffet and all three restaurants was outstanding with a shout out going to the Italian. The Blu. The hotel is great for accessibility and kept well. Fantastic cleanliness in the room, beach and pool areas. I had to finish with my wow experience of the beach party, with its music, fire entertainment and fireworks which made our holiday. The hotel is located right on the beach, with free sunbeds and umbrellas both on the beach and the pool, free parking, if not in the hotel yard, delimited by a barrier, near the hotel where there is another parking lot, guarded. We arrived around 11 in the morning and we were immediately offered the bracelets and the rooms, even though the check-in time is 3 p.m. At the same time, although our reservation was for park-view rooms, we received an upgrade to rooms with a side sea view. The rooms are spacious, clean, cleaned daily, the towels were changed daily. Free minibar that contained 2 cans of beer, 2 bottles of white and red wine in small bottles, 2 boxes of cappy, a large bottle of water and snacks: a bag with almonds, one with jellies, one with chips, halva filled daily. At the same time, the room was equipped with a coffee machine with 2 Lavazza capsules, tea, sugar. On request, a cot was offered for babies as well as a stroller, bathtub, potty, changing mat and baby cosmetics, free of charge. There is a large, spacious restaurant that has a terrace with an open bar, good food, plenty and diverse: chicken, pork, fish, beef, rabbit, lamb, duck every day, all kinds of salads, 2 kinds of soup, numerous side dishes, fruit (which is admittedly a poor offer), lawns. They made pizza, lahmachun and other Turkish pies on the spot. Kids corner contained cooked food for children and babies without salt and spices, fruit purees, jars, powdered milk, yogurts, lemonades, etc. Wine, beer, lemonades, juices were self-service, the other drinks were offered by the waiters, or taken from the bar. Next to the kids corner there is an ice cream corner. Every Saturday there is a Gala dinner, a culinary show with countless gourmet dishes, seafood, many cakes and cookies. During the day, between 10.00-17.00, there is another restaurant by the pool that serves late breakfast and snacks during the day (cold snacks, cakes, hot dishes, pasta, fruit, shaworma, etc.) including popcorn, doughnuts, ice cream. Next to the main restaurant there was a night snack bar that started at 10 p.m. where they generally served sausages, cheeses, fruit, cookies, but also a hot soup, a kind of hot meat with side dishes. "The Ship" restaurant on the beach was closed at the end of June. There are also a la carte restaurants (Italian - with a very nice view of the sea from the top floor, grill, etc.), with prior reservation in the main restaurant. The pool bars are open until 17.00 and 22.00, the lobby bar being open non-stop and serving both local and imported drinks, frappes, lemonades, bottled juices, etc. The bar in the performance hall is also open during the performances. On the beach there is a large self-service fridge with still and mineral water, teas and ayran all bottled. The beach is very clean with fine sand where you could find free sunbeds and umbrellas at any time. From the hotel to the water there was a wooden pontoon, a great advantage for families with small children,

Be careful! We were robber. We had a 5 nights stay in the last week of June. Plus: * food: good and lots of choices (veal, beef, rabbit, pork, chicken, mussels. In addition, Saturday was the Asian evening) * a la carte restaurant view - for dinner you need a reservation (only stays longer than 5 days), for breakfast and lunch I understood that it can be used without a reservation * beach: beautiful, sandy, relatively smooth entry into the water * swimming pools: all good * minibar: daily stocked with juice and water plus capsules for coffee, almonds and snacks * activities: volleyball, cocktail game, ping pong, aqua gym, minidisco, evening concert in the pool area, etc * Bar and Snack bar area Minus: *room furniture *the mattresses are soft and you could feel the springs *lack of a table in the lounge area *in 5 days the room was not cleaned: the towels were changed on the first day and on the 4th day, they came at 3 o'clock when the children were sleeping even though I had put the card so as not to be disturbed *the sunbeds are "reserved" with the towel method Note: Be careful! I stayed here with my family 21st June for 7 nights. So to start our journey off. We got our shuttle bus to our hotel which was a great drive Bulgarian style. It really started the holiday off. My little one has travel sickness and the driver we had pulled over without being asked and offered him a bottle of water which we though was lovely considering the fact he had terrible road rage :). I love Bulgarian driving. Check in was so easy. We entered the reception area. All the reception staff knew enough english to make this very smooth. The gentleman we spoke to was very kind. explained everything very thoroughly. We even had our bags taken to our room by another young man which was a lovely extra. Enter the room. Now we didn't upgrade to anything fancy so I can't speak for all the rooms only the double room with side sea view. The room was a standard double room. There's a TV, coffee machine (pods ect are found in the draw under the actual coffee machine), beds, balcony with table and chairs on them. Everything you could want from a room this provided it. We did end up with a few extra ants however, when we mentioned it they sent someone to the room within 5minutes to sort it out. Oh and to have your room made up everyday there's a hanger on the door that specifies if you want your room doing. Pool wise. At reception we were given 3 towel cards. The process is simple. You go to the man that has the towels. Give him the cards and he gives you the towels. At the end of the day you give him the towels and he gives you your cards back. Rinse and repeat everyday. The pool itself is freezing I'm not going to lie but so refreshing when it's 30+ around the pool. Sun beds are NOT allowed to be saved before 8am however there's so many sunbeds that you will always find one. The snack bar is open from 10am as are the bars around the pool. there's a doughnut stand, popcorn stand and the ice cream is a proper scoop ice cream not the £1 cheap ice cream pots. The hotel itself is literally on the beach. The sunbeds can be used without extra payment. There's a bar on the beach as well as a fridge for you to help yourself to on the way back in. The sea is lovely as well for those who like the sea. Food wise. We always found something to eat. Even my 7yr old that only eats certain things always found something to eat. The pizza part was lovely the chefs make the pizzas in front of you which all the kids loved watching. There was also a kidz buffet section. Drink machines help yourself etc. Entertainment was good. I will admit we didn't get involved in it as a whole but it was good to watch. Overall we LOVED this hotel. We are already looking at booking again for next year as soon as we can. We may even start looking at 11 nights instead of only 7.
