Terrible experience. One star goes for the friendly staff members. There was no hot water, very dirty room, no fragrance was used in the room and we didn't really feel as if we were in a hotel.

I would strongly recommend that you DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel is old, dirty, and a general dump. The woman who greeted (term used loosely) on reception offered us 3 rooms all of which were not what we booked. No sea view. All ground floor, no balconies, and just shrugged and asked what do we need a balcony for??!?! Very very disappointed with the choice, the pictures of the hotel are very deceiving as it looked quite nice when I booked it. Very disappointed.

Not the best place to be in your holiday,the staff was not very helpfully and the services for all-inclusive not to the minimum standard which you expecting
