This is one of those places with its own charm and atmosphere. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and very attentive to their guests. Perfect cleanliness and stylish furniture. The place is quiet and very appropriate for families with children. Homade breakfast. The relax zone is not very big, but cosy enough. We will visit again!

A wonderful place with incredibly good owners - smiling, hardworking, warm-hearted! The house has wonderful, spacious, clean rooms. Huge dining room, equipped with everything you need, grills and barbecue. There is a jacuzzi, a gazebo, a children's corner. Live here all summer and you won't get bored! Peaceful and superb vacation spot! We will gladly come again!

Very cool place. It has everything - nice bar-like kitchen with all the stuff you will ever need, big hall for gatherings, well equiped rooms, all with private bathrooms.

One of our best vocations. We've spent one of our most careless times ever. The hosts were very, very hospitable. The place was warm, although out of the season and cosy. It is run by two brothers and the wife of one them. It is really a place You can say that You feel home. We will surely go there again :)

A very welcoming guest house with very kind hosts. Guests can use the jacuzzi in the courtyard with mineral water. There is also a city beach across the street with many pools and a bar, and the city center is only a 5-6 minute walk away. I recommend!

The hotel is 15 mins walk from the center, the owners are welcoming and warm, very well heated in winter, nice view on the hill and a source of hot mineral water just in front of it. Jacuzzi work just in summer. Clean, but was a bit of dust and post soviet atmosphere. Can be good for a weekend stay

Good place for just one night. It was disinfected minutes before check-in and smelled very strongly of chlorine. The shower door was broken. There is no parking space. The price of the night is like at the sea in high season. In a word, nothing special. I don't recommend.

We are very satisfied with Guest House London. The apartment where my husband and I stayed had everything we needed, we were impressed that it was clean and tastefully arranged. The owners are extremely kind and noble people. We were on holidays with them. We want to thank them for their hospitality and warm welcome. They welcomed us into their home like their own children. Great hotel. Great service! Top location near the river and right next to the big forest. Perfect view and surrounding. Quiet place, without any noise from anywhere. We where able to hear the birds singing and the water from river float. Clean and hot waters in every swimming pool and jacuzzi. We where there for 3 nights, and my kids loved it so much. Rooms are great, facilities are ok and clean, although if the hotel gets full I'm not sure how it will handle the guests (pools are crammed with about 20-25 people). Staff is polite. Very close to Velingrad south train station, but sadly with no safe passage for pedestrians - no sidewalk. Away from the city center, so plenty of fresh air. The only problem is the price, but.... sadly 5* doesn't mean...

The outdoor swimming pool was excellent. The food was anything special and the same every day.

Not a 5 star hotel. Receptionists can't communicate in English. One of them doesn't speak at all. The other hardly does. But the most annoying thing is that they seemed like they didn't want to provide any service. I was waiting for 10 minutes in a changing room for a towel (we went there for massage and spa). The towels were not in good condition. The sauna didn't have water to throw on the rocks...

Kashmir is most likely the best SPA resort in Bulgaria (together with Zornitza). The facility is great, SPA zone is also outstanding, it is very clean & very cozy. You can't go wrong with them. The half board is great, the food is delicious and the staff is smiling and friendly. One downside is they don't have bidet shower in the restrooms. Besides of that, the rooms are also cozy and comfortable....

The hotel location is good and has good views. The staff was good and helpful The standard of the hotel definitely doesn't match with a 4 star hotel. It need refreshing. The jacuzzi near the pool looked really dirty and smelled like urine which completely disgusted me and I never went back anywhere near.

The location of the hotel is unique - on top of a hill overlooking a pine forest. The area around it is very nicely landscaped and decorated and the view to the town is fantastic. The quality has declined over the years. It used to be a good hotel, but now it seems to be neglected. The pool and spa area are not in best shape, the water doesn't look clean and inviting, the windows are covered with stains and the capacity of the spa doesn't correspond with the capacity of the hotel rooms. Our room was falling apart. There was mould, there were falling handles from the drawers...

I was surprised about the infrastructure, physiotherapy was very good and my spouse and appreciate the pools and the views.

We went on our summer holiday in Aura hotel in Velingrad for a few days. It's a lovely hotel with one big pool and a few small ones all with mineral water. Food was delicious. We took opportunity of spa procedures and it was great. Highly recommended.

Looking nice, calm and clean. Pools are small and not overcrowded. Greek style outdoors - statues, chairs, colours. Staff was very busy but nice. 20lv is the fee for using the pools when you are not a guest of 5he hotel. Which is OK but should be adjusted depending on the time you want to use it. Restaurant had almost no visitors in the afternoon.

It is a nice and clean family hotel. During our stay it was realy overcrowded, despite Covid it looked and felt overbooked. The parking and spa are realy not ment for so many visitors. Probably if it was not so busy we would have liked it more.

Nice hoster, nice area, great simple bulgarian brekfast at the dinar velow the rooms; i recommend the sweet toast with jam and cheese. The homemade wine is good as well. A couple of days before we got to the guest house we 'upgraded' our room from 2 beds to 3 and a bigger room. The room was hilarious- small wooden squeaky stairs, and short ceiling! I had to band over in order to use the toilet to pee...

Love this place. Charming, old style, rustic and attractive. The courtyard is beautiful and there are kittens playing. The restaurant downstairs is affordable, healthy and delicious. The room has lots of wood and it has a good feeling. It's GREAT value for the price.

I love it! The location is very good, peaceful and quite with amazing view. Rooms are big enough with king size bed and personally our terrace was HUGE. There is also a lovely spa with two pools and a great masseuse (I definitely recommend to try one of their massages). The restaurant was good the breakfast was fantastic really it was just awesome.
