Buffet food was good, not the best ever but good for a buffet. Massage and therapy options are amazing. The therapist is very good and can provide numerous treatments. Relaxation massages are also very good

Very nice hotel and spa experience in Velingrad. Would say 4-star hotel, not quite 5star standards but very good. Two large pools and good hot tub and sauna options. Playroom for children, billiards and games

Clean and hot waters in every swimming pool and jacuzzi. We where there for 3 nights, and my kids loved it so much. The kids cry when we started to pack the bags, they wanted to stay more

Things like for example - soft close toilet lids - sharp edges on bathroom controls - appropriate baby high chairs in the restaurant - soft padding on the metal bar between internal and external pool - single elevator per block - etc… The spa is quite good and has nice facilities but falls shy of what you would find at lets say katarino or kings valley

Similar to the previews reviews, id put this hotel at a 3. 5 star, but 5 stars is really a stretch. A good 4 star would be hyatt pravets for example

I am visiting the hotel for 3rd time. As usual it is great, clean, stuff is nice and friendly. Food is great, spa is amazing, love the outside pools

This time i decided to go to magnesium massage and the lady’s name was Elena she is just perfect, very sweet

although price wise they are on par and similar. We visited with a baby and were surprised to find it quite unequipped on that front too. The rooms are not baby safe and have a lot of edges and dangerously placed sockets

Our room was large and comfortable, but it was located at the very end of the hotel, which meant a long walk to everything. We also had issues with noise from the room next door, as they were partying all night

Kashmir is most likely the best SPA resort in Bulgaria (together with Zornitza). The facility is great, SPA zone is also outstanding, it is very clean & very cozy

This hotel's best pints are its pools and water spas. All are nicely set up and well-maintained. There's good variety in the saunas and steam rooms, and the outdoor pool is attractive to use even in October

In October, with few guests, the common spaces felt very lonely. The food was not very good and we quickly found better options in Velingrad. We went for the waters and the air, and Maxi delivered on those counts

The room with a balcony was spacious and comfortable. It lacked a few niceties, like a good supply of water bottles in the room each day, but was big and inviting

I actually liked the hotel, there's a swimming pool, spa, saunas, fitness, bowling, restaurant, and even a indoor playground for the kids! its up on the hill on velingrad next to olymp spa centre, 4 stars cuz the shower that u can hold is stuck on the second hole after the less-controllable one and the lock on the bathroom is maybe broken

Mid-level hotel. The SPA center is good and clean. Rooms are spacious and beds are just huge. On the negative side there aren't any sofas in the rooms.

One of the best and oldest spas in Velingrad. You are in an old style 5 star Hotel, but the genuine version. There is a lot of space inside and outside, beautiful park around and the city center is accessible by foot

The restaurant is also a good surprise for dinner and breakfast. Definitely a place I would recommend for those looking for more genuineness than "bling-bling"

Dinner buffet wasn’t good either, we had to eat the same thing every time because the other food wasn’t good. The meat was over cooked and the salads lacked seasoning

The infinity pool's opening hours from 11am to 5:30pm I don't think are enough. The restaurant is small to feed all the hotel guests

Parking spaces in front of the hotel are practically nil, but the availability of an ground part under the new building is an excellent idea

We were accommodated in the "new" part. The apartment was large, bright and warm. But, cleaning was practically completely absent. On the second day, the ashtray on the terrace was cleaned and that was it for three days

There were only two towels given that the booking was for three adults. The reception was very quick to respond and the towel was available in just a few minutes. This "new" part has a "warm" connection with the yard

So for my birthday, we went to hotel Aura. And bro I ain't gonna lie it's great. We got room A2 and I saw this when I went on my room. I saw some construction stuff outside. But hey, they might remodel it

I love it! The location is very good, peaceful and quite with amazing view. Rooms are big enough with king size bed and personally our terrace was HUGE
