One of the nicest places I have stayed in Bulgaria . I am visiting the place minimum twice per year .The hotel is clean, the rooms are large and nice, the food is great with a big variety, the massages are very good, and the staff is more than excellent, always smiling and ready to help. Overall the hotel is nice, we liked the buffet food, the spa is big and has lots of amenities, the room was big and spacious. At lunch time however - we waited more than 30 mins for two SOUPS, one came and the other they told me after all the waiting - had been finished, which left me angry and hungry. Not to mention I am also pregnant. I wasn’t going to wait god knows how long for something else...

Excellent service, good location. The spa is very good. The hotel is old but was very clean. We had a one-room appartment. The rooms were big, only the sofa wasn't very comfortable. The prices in the minibar were acceptable. We had breakfast and dinner included. The food was very delicious. You can have lunch in the restaurant, good price, delicios food and perfect service.

Nothing bad to say here. I visit this place for second time after two years and the quality of this hotel as always brilliant!

Wonderful mineral water and facilities. Few things showing age but kept clean and functional overall (important). Lovely place for a family vacation in mountain air and amazing mineral water source.

We had a great SPA vacation overall. However, our room was one of the old ones.

Nice and cosy hotel however the pool and the Spa showers are quite dirty which is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. The rooms are clean and the food is great

While Velingrad hotels are very overpriced this one is an exception. Just book a renovated room and you’ll enjoy it. Most importantly the staff here is extremely nice and caring

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff is polite and friendly, the rooms are bigger than usual. The spa is clean and tidy. Food is delicious, the restaurant has nice view.

Just the place I have been dreaming of for vacation with the family. Great food! Awesome pool.

I have been in this Hotel for three nights and had a very nice time. The Hotel needs some maintenance specially in the showers but the food and the people that are working there are excellent. I took a facial and massage in the Spa with Mariana she is good in her work. Thanks I had a nice and relaxing time in your place.

Stayed here two weeks ago. Great location, good variety of breakfast and dinner ( it’s not like the people complaining about the variety of food have more choices every day at home 😂) The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The parking lot attendant guy even took our luggage to the hotel. The whole spa area was clean and the mineral water temperature was pleasant. Definitely recommending this hotel

We weren't very pleased with the buffet breakfast and dinner. Most of the food was stale. The staff at the spa was not polite and felt like they didn't want to be there. Nice place with delicious food and warm mineral water pools.

The pool is too far from the rooms and the elevator, also the water wasn’t that clean too much hair in some places, especially in the deepest parts of the pool, the also wasn’t very good kind of old and the water did stop couple of times we were not able to use the shower neither the toilet, kid playroom was awful condition many of the toys were broken, my wife told the receptionist that kids playroom...

We stayed there for 2 nights. The Spa looked old. It was annoying that all the sunbeds around the swimming pool were taken and the guests were just leaving their towels there just to book them. Some of the waiters looked lost and quite unhelpful. Once waiters were serving around the swimming pool and the information I was being given from a staff member is that they would serve only these guests, because...

A very nice place to stay but some small maintenance issues should be addressed to make the hotel like it was 4 years ago

The hotel location is good and has good views. The staff was good and helpful The standard of the hotel definitely doesn't match with a 4 star hotel. It need refreshing. The jacuzzi near the pool looked really dirty and smelled like urine which completely disgusted me and I never went back anywhere near.

The location of the hotel is unique - on top of a hill overlooking a pine forest. The area around it is very nicely landscaped and decorated and the view to the town is fantastic. I visited the pool with my family. The indoor pool was warmer and bigger than the outdoor one. I was not impressed with the level of cleanliness of the pool area. Great location in the city center, on the top with great view, very quiet place with a beautiful park outside. Great place to stay with excellent kitchen, SPA and friendly staff.

50/50 food choice, some of it looks not very fresh + there are no free beverages, you have to pay for water and other simple drinks. The rooms are good but very old and this can be easily noticed by the scratches.. needs refreshing Didnt use much service Location is good

Great family hotel at a very good price. It has indoor and outdoor pools for complete relaxation. 500 meters from the iconic lake Kleptuza

It's definitely not worth the four stars category. Rooms are OK, but nothing special. The main disadvantages - SPA is one of the worst I have ever been. The pool is so small, practically you can only stand still there if more than 5 person are in at the same time. The sauna is also very small and it's only dry with no watering. The food is simply not good at all. Very poor quality.

Dangerous stairs in wet/cold weather. Good hair stylist.

It was a really good place to stay in the people were nice and everything was great I recommend it

The good: good location in the old part of town and the spa is just ok, although the sauna had broken benches. The bad: breakfast is horrible just horrible, hotel maintenance is very bad, overall the hotel is dirty, the staff is rude and lacks basic soft skills. Room cleanup during the day was very bad, the bathroom was not touched. During the night, the heating system broke down so we were cold. ...

Big rooms with a terrace. The spa and the pools are great, with a mineral water. 2 indoor pools plus a jacuzzi, turkish bath, sauna, relax room and a gym, plus outdoor pool. It's a bit far away from the centre, in a peaceful area. We've been here with a 4month old baby and enjoyed it. I recommend it!!

Excellent service for a very accessible price.

The hotel itself is OK, but it is strange to be in a hotel that pretends to be 4* and the sheets on the bed and the towels to be changed once in a week.

A very nice hotel. The restaurant is just OK.
