Seagulls and pigeons have a shit in the terrace of the 7th floor where I am staying, and the cleaning service doesn’t check it.
The difference between “do not disturb” in red and “please clean my room” in green, maybe is not that clear to the cleaning service to allow to the guests to leave the room NOT EVERY DAY, because I am not asking for it, for a 15 days stay in this hotel, but please, pay attention to the sign in the door and DO IT. I have to wait half a day for having a no cleaning service when I come back to my room and open the door.
Customer service in Bulgaria in general and in Burgas FIRST OF ALL, has no sense. People here are super selfish and it seems that makes you a favour to talk to you.
I couldn’t expect it in general, and more in a 4 stars hotel.

Hints:
1. Parking - plenty of space at the underground parking. Use google maps to find a fast way to the parking, otherwise you will be driving across gas station, small mall and then to the entrance of the hotel.
2. Restaurant. We had our breakfast at the restaurant, ut was cheap and very tasty!
3. Spa was closed during our visit. Check status at reception.
