There are bugs coming in the room from the toilet. There is a dead bug on the floor since 5 days, and the cleaning service can’t remove it.
Seagulls and pigeons have a shit in the terrace of the 7th floor where I am staying, and the cleaning service doesn’t check it.
The difference between “do not disturb” in red and “please clean my room” in green, maybe is not that clear to the cleaning service to allow to the guests to leave the room NOT EVERY DAY, because I am not asking for it, for a 15 days stay in this hotel, but please, pay attention to the sign in the door and DO IT. I have to wait half a day for having a no cleaning service when I come back to my room and open the door.
Customer service in Bulgaria in general and in Burgas FIRST OF ALL, has no sense. People here are super selfish and it seems that makes you a favour to talk to you.
I couldn’t expect it in general, and more in a 4 stars hotel.

Aer lingus cancelled our flight home to Dublin and we were put in this hotel, really quick check in and extremely friendly and helpful staff, I honestly can't fault this hotel

The hotel is not a four star. The parking is first come first serve. We made reservations for a king size and the room had two twin beds but we combined it and it was ok. Although the sheets are small for twin sizes, there are two sets so it did the job. The housekeeping didn’t clean much just emptied garbage and left new towels. The safe didn’t work properly. There was a spider in the room. The area itself was nearby the popular areas. About 5 mins with a taxi.

Room is very dirty. There is mold in the bathroom and inside the fridge. The walls are dirty. When they come to “clean” the room they just take out the garbage and change the towels.

We stayed here two times. In general - good value for money. Rooms are big enough to accommodate family with a kid.
Hints:
1. Parking - plenty of space at the underground parking. Use google maps to find a fast way to the parking, otherwise you will be driving across gas station, small mall and then to the entrance of the hotel.
2. Restaurant. We had our breakfast at the restaurant, ut was cheap and very tasty!
3. Spa was closed during our visit. Check status at reception.

Very slow check-in at the hotel.
We arrived as a large group of over 50 people. We suggested leaving all our passports at the reception so that they could give us the keys, we could check in, and the staff could calmly do their work. However, they refused (even though 99% of hotels do it this way, but not here), and the check-in took over an hour. I give the staff 0.1 stars out of 5.

Poor level of housekeeping, Room 404 tile damaged on washstand alongside toilet received cut on my arm as a result. Pillowcase didn't appear to have been changed from previous occupant. Had to request for additional toilet paper, tea and coffee etc not replaced.
